  Clean and convenient

  The hotel lobby/cafe/rooms seemed clean and up to date. There was no street noise and the bed and shower were comfortable. Check in and check out were efficient. The cafe that you can order breakfast and dinner at was also quick and the food was decent. Coffees are similar to Starbucks and they have a wide variety of food options - breakfast burrito/sandwiches, avocado toast, oatmeal, continental type of items. For dinner I went with the chicken blt and fries - it was fine - sounded better than what my friend received from the Miller Ale House. I was able to use the free wifi without any problems. I would stay here again for work - it is convenient to where I needed to be for work.

  Standard Courtyard, good location

  This is a standard Courtyard hotel, nothing more nothing less.... Rooms are clean, but interior a little dated as the rest of the hotel. Service is OK, but nothing special...If you are visiting the Horsham business park ghen the location is good.

  Great hotel

  Perfect two night stay at beginning of March (9-11). As Platinum Elite member was upgraded to 1 bedroom suite. Room was great. No complaints. Tubless shower was really modern and perfect. Front desk staff was great too. Cannot comment on the housekeeping as I went green (and took points instead of housekeeping), however the room was clean on arrival. No complaints whatsoever.

  Highly overated

  Lets start with checkin where the front desk agent acted as if i was an unexpected family member that came for a visit without calling. The room was clean but a pile of trash was at the door next to me. The tub was dirty as well as the bathroom corners had cob webs. Although the city was on covid lockdown there was no mention of the pool closure listed anywhere before booking. I expected a little more with this chain of hotels. Disappointed

  Do not trust them with your credit card! Shady business!

  So I have been incredibly patient for 3 months. I came here with my boyfriend and since his card was expired I had to use my card for the "incidentals" . That night we purchased about $22.50 in incidentals and the next day I was charged $264.50. Supposedly no one knew where this charge came from but one of their employees took my card, charged it and the money was taken from my account but somehow it wasn't in their system. I was patient. Hoping it would be resolved but 3 months later and it hasn't been. Very shady business at the Willow Grove Marriott.
