    Clean room and...well, that's it.

    Upon arrival at this location, the front desk wasn't super friendly at all and seemed to not really be expecting us and that set us up for a bit of a rough check-in after having a long day of travel. A smile and thank you would have made a big difference. The room was clean and comfortable.

    Disappointed

    My husband and I stayed July 5- July 8. One problem we had was the breakfast menu online showed full menu, when we went to the Bistro in the morning there was an extremely limited menu. The next morning we went to have breakfast at 9:10, and it was closed already. At that point, we were told breakfast was available 7-9. I believe this should have been noted on website and on paper menus by and in elevators. On the third morning they were out of breakfast sandwiches, only 2 types were available to begin with, they only had fruit and or oatmeal. The WiFi was awful, could not even connect, our phones would not even work. On the second day, elevator was not working, we were on third floor. Ice machine in our floor did not work first 2 nights. On TV, prime was not able to connect, the second night it apparently was down due to prime issues. Third night, prime worked on my iPad but still wouldnt work on TV. I was told a technician would be called and I would receive a call back, that never happened. Chargers that work at my home and in car would not work in room, luckily I had a portable charger with me. Seemed like outlets were lose and plugs wouldnt stay in tight enough to keep connected. After first night, toiletries were not replaced and 3rd day our room was not cleaned, we were out all day and still nothing. Maybe a staffing problem, even though we only saw 3 other guests there during our stay. As Marriott elite members we expected a little more. The only positive part of our stay was Tavolas. Very good food and great service.

    Hotel is OK... except for the staff... and the elevator.

    The hotel itself is OK, average and priced OK for the area. The staff was preoccupied with cellphones and chairs, not much on customer service. That would be fine if we only needed them for check in and check out, but a better staff would have come in handy when the elevator wasnt working, or the time we were actually stuck in the elevator. When you are stuck in the elevator the speaker for the emergency call devise in the elevator is blown so you cant communicate with anyone so plan on using your cell phone when needed. When you do call expect that the front desk will hang up on you if you question their its normal for elevators to get tired if used too much... explanation. Apparently the elevator there gets tired and just needs to be reset, or left alone to rest awhile, and it will start working again for awhile... If you stay here, either be prepared to use the stairs for upper floors, or request a room on the ground floor.

    A fine unremarkable stay

    The front desk staff was unimpressive, neither friendly or mean. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. Despite facing the parking lot the room was quiet. The fitness center was small and sparse but empty. There were a lot of people at the outdoor restaurant who seemed to be enjoying themselves, but they didn't interfere with my stay I would stay again.

    Abysmal stay, perhaps the worst experience in 20+ year traveling

    Where to start. You'd think they'd be more appreciative with maybe 8-10 guests staying overnight (that # confirmed to me at front desk). You're literally on your own here and the little service you do get is aggressive, abrasive in your face what-do-ya-want mentality. I stay only at Marriott properties, usually closer to city but gave this one a shot because of location. Poor wi-fi, no helpful front desk support (and that's if they come out at all!), phone in room not working, two lights in room out. toilet ran after flushing, no extra toilet paper, poor remote. One of the few nice things is the restaurant (Tavola) next door. I stayed 3 nites (2.5 too long!) and ate there everyday. I couldn't believe the animosity the nice Tavola staff have towards the lazy Courtyard Marriott employees. A universal disdain that they keep the property bare minimum, hear constant complaints from their hotel customers - i guess they're the sounding board. Most of their feedback states that the hotel property has poor and virtually non-existent leadership. In fact, they don't who it is yet their restaurant is connected to the hotel! Its unfortunate that I write a poor review - more rare because its a Marriott property. But this is just not up to Marriott standards, in spite of being next to a golf course and nice surrounding area. Don't be fooled, this is a more a Red Roof Inn mentality with poor cleanliness, unprofessional staff and again a leaderless facility that just uses the Marriott name. I'd direct you to a better Holiday Inn or local hotel both less expensive but at least with staff that likely appreciate the little business every place is getting. Skip this particular Courtyard Marriott and find another in the area, stay at another brand hotel or worse case, the car. Its still better then these non-appreciative individuals, most of whom have no business representing the better Marriott brand. Again physically and location wise the property is ok/average. The staff is beyond awful. Needs a complete enema. Won't come back.
