  Good Location, Okay Hotel

  Nice staff, food was okay, glad they sold snacks, rooms clean, beds are not comfortable at all; Pool had too much chlorine so no fun swimming, noting it's a small pool. Hotel is in a great location, it's near a mall and a 5 min drive to Target/Barnes & Noble. Saturdays appear to be busier, got crowded in the lobby, also as an fyi there is a noise contract you'll have to sign.

  Skip this one, stay @ Doubletree next door

  I'm a Marriott Platinum member. I've stayed at Marriott properties all over the world. This was my first sojourn since Covid I'm a Marriott Platinum member. The hotel was close to empty at 7 pm when I arrived. As a Platinum member, I'm supposed to be automatically upgraded to the next level. When I checked in, I inquired. The associate responded " Our suites are dirty." Seroiusly? Had a feeling it might be something else, just maybe. I spoke to the manager the next day, who apologized, and offered me something from the store. I dont want a candy bar, I prefer to be acknowledged as a loyal customer. Then, when I arrive back the next day, I returned to my room to see it had not been serviced. I called the front desk, to mention this. The associate copped a serious attitude, saying " you should have been told this when you checked in." At that point, I remembered reading it in the Bonvoy newsletter. When I conveyed I was not, she got quite the nasty tone. As an aside, this hotel has a deep musty smell covered up by superficial air fresheners. There is Hilton Doubletree 1/4 mile down the road. I have stayed there and it is an aesthetically much nice hotel, minus the musty smell. Stay there instead, Did I mention the gnats in the bathroom sink?

  Very clean

  We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed how clean and quiet it was. The folks at the front desk always had masks on. The bed was soft and the bathroom a good size. The only strange thing was that there was very small signage; more would have helped us find it easier.

  Very nice hotel close to many things

  Stayed for two nights in two room suite. Hotel was great. Close to King of Prussia Mall. Across the street from a fairly big mall with lots of restaurants. Close to Villanova U. And Valley Forge. Used keyless check in so never interacted with staff. Downside due to covid was pool and restaurant in hotel were both closed. In these times you have to be understanding of situation. Room was spotless and had seal on door until we checked in. Will definitely stay here agai when in the west Philly area.

  Expected more

  This hotel has some great pros but not sure they are enough for me to stay here again given the various other Marriott properties where I have stayed and had a much better Marriott experience. Pros: -Shopping, the mall is within walking distance -Other shopping (Target, DSW, Ross, etc.) is a short drive away -Various restaurants close by -Close to major highways, the PA turnpike and 476 (the blue route) -Fairly updated hotel Now on to why I said what I said at the beginning. My check in experience was without issue but the person checking me in didn't seem to appreciate my business, instead moreso she seemed to just be going through the motions. She didn't crack one smile or offer one pleasantry. She made no mention of the extra points or item from the store I was entitled to as a platinum member, let alone acknowledge that at all. As I came and went from the hotel, the staff only seemed to acknowledge or speak if I did so first. This was also the case when I encountered the housekeeping staff on my floor. So the customer service experience for me was lacking... it didn't make me feel like a valued customer, which I would think, especially in this time of covid, when the hospitality industry is starving and desperately trying to keep people on payroll, there would be more of an appreciation from the frontline staff. My room for the most part was okay, however the attention to detail left something to be desired. See my pictures. Our bathroom door had no lock on it, toothpaste or some type of white cream was on one side of the bathroom handle and something blue/green was on the other side of the handle. There were specks of white and brown on the walls where the sink is. That being said, the rest of the room and bathroom seemed to be clean, however how they missed cleaning what's in my pictures I really can't explain and I expected better from Marriott. Lastly, not only was the mini refrigerator in our room loud, sounding like Darth Vader during our entire time there (at different points we mistook the sound for snoring), but also the cabinet holding the refrigerator was all chipped up, again see pictures. Why would this not be addressed, I get it's only aesthetics, but again, not what I've come to expect from Marriott. It had been quite a while since I stayed at this Marriott property, at least 10 years I would guess and it may be another 10 years, if I return at all.
