  Not concerned about pot smoking wedding party

  Room was clean and the air conditioner was quiet, overall really nice stay until a wedding party decided it would be ok to smoke pot in the hotel. FYI - people no smoking includes pot! The entire stairwell was like a hot box which was right outside our room. Staff did a poor job regulating their wedding guests to keep the rest of the families that were staying there safe. This is a MASSIVE problem in California!

  They Are ABLE to Not Serve Cooked Breakfast!!

  Stayed here because I had an early flight out of Ontario. Hotel is clean, rooms are nice, and front desk staff is friendly and attentive. Sumiko at the front desk is a 10 out of 10. She was friendly, professional and on top of it . Only downside was Jackie in the Bistro. When I called to order an omelet from the breakfast menu, Jackie told me, and I quote, "We don't have a chef this morning. Only cold foods and pastries are available. We have a low occupancy so we are able to do that". Huh? You are ABLE to not serve breakfast? It was actually almost funny because when I challenged her back about being "able" to not serve a cooked breakfast, she didn't see my point!! Hotel was nice, Sumiko was great. Been in 57 countries and never stayed at a hotel that didn't have a cooked breakfast, let alone touted being "able" to not have to provide a cooked breakfast"! Management needs to train their staff to just say "we are so sorry but our Chef did not come in today so we aren't able to provide you with a hot meal for breakfast".

  Items stolen from room

  Will not stay here again, we went to a music festival this weekend and when I came back I noticed stuff missing from my room.. it was only me and my wife with access to our room and we denied cleaning services for the weekend. So i have come to the conclusion that an employee entered our room without consent and stole my medicinal products.. and whats weird is that those items were the only thing missing from our room.. please if you stay here hide your valuables because who knows what else this person will steal.. management needs to drug test the staff asap to find the thief..

  Thanks Hugo -Friday Bar Restaurant -Service excellent

  Just wanted to send out a very positive review for Hugo, our group visited the hotel 3x in the last 3 months -Friday night Restaurant/Bar person extraordinaire -that is Hugo - at the Courtyard Ontario. Hugo's Bar service was excellent, he is very attentive, personable to all patrons - and service is impeccable! Thanks Hugo. Also, I had breakfast included in my room and the staff each morning were also very helpful and attentive and always were pleasant and efficient -love avocado toast!Thanks Hugo. Canadian Penny eh!

  Comfortable and quiet

  Front desk staff is friendly at check in. Hotel has washer and dryer (cost $2.00 per load for washer and $2.00 for dryer). When I asked for laundry deteregent they gave a free box with dryer sheets. There is a bar on site that serves breakfast until 10 am and drinks and light dinner options starting at 5 in the evening. Dee in the evening is great, but the drinks are a little pricey. But there are plenty of options of places to eat, drink and shop within a short walk of the hotel, and a few of them offer a discount if you show your room card (ask who participates at the front desk). Nice sitting area in the lobby. I was surprised that the pool (in Southern California)was an indoor pool. Free parking, if your going to the race its a short drive. Over all a good experience would definitely return if in the area again.
