  COVID-19 update

  Since my last stay and review, many things have changed, but the hotel and staff were practicing social distancing and I felt comfortable. The hotel does ask that you wear your mask and I appreciate them for trying to do their part in reducing the spread. The pool is/was open and so was the Bistro. Limited selections, but very friendly service!

  Awesome is an understatement!

  We were traveling south from South Dakota and found this gem in our research!! The staff when we arrived at 7:30 pm could not have been more accommodating!! And the most courteous young people checked us in! They have an awesome bistro in the main lobby where you can purchase dinner and breakfast! super comfortable seating!! The quesadilla was super and the morning oatmeal hit the spot! I wish there was a higher rating than 5 because I would give it!!

  Nice and new

  This new hotel was really nice. Not too far from the zoo. Near several restaurants. Excellent customer service. Great super affordable pricing. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel for our turnaround trip. It

  Great Stay

  We had a great one night stay on our way to South Dakota. Hotel practiced COVID-19 rules during our stay. Hotel was clean, quite and the the staff was very accommodating. Would highly recommend this hotel if in the Council Bluffs / Omaha area.

  Phenomenal Hotel

  My family and I booked one night at this hotel after our zoo visit. I was immediately impressed when I spoke to the staff member on the phone. She was so pleasant! Upon arriving, the hotel staff all were so kind, were practicing the COVID-19 safety guidelines, and just looked to genuinely enjoy their jobs here. The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas!! The room was *very* clean, as were the pool, fitness center and the common areas. We asked for a pack and play and they had it up to us within 2 minutes and provided us with a brand new, in packaging, fitted sheet for the pack and play, as well as a bottle of baby wash. I was so shocked because weve never had this kind of amazing hotel stay!! We were all blown away with our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone passing through the area. Youre guaranteed to get amazing service and a smiling face during your stay!
