Below expectationsMy husband and I travel alot and I could not remember why we quit staying at Courtyards so I said let's stay here. After entering the hotel i remembered. No one to greet us, had yo wait yo find a person. Got in room, 2 towels for 3 people, lights have burned out bulbs, 1 coffee pod and perhaps the WORST toliet paper invented, as they say in Texas, it was John Wayne toliet paper . On a good note, the comforter for the fold out bed was great. King bed had ok pillows but no headboard ( they used pillows where the pillowcase did not cover the pillow) just not a good room.

Not Overly ImpressedThis place has a ton of potential- but certainly not hitting the mark. Kind of surprised it was a Marriott, honestly. We booked two rooms for two nights for a family Christmas and pretty instantly regretted not staying at our usual meeting ground once we arrived. The area itself was hit with what I believe to be a pretty severe ice or snow storm- so we were greeted with about 8 (yes, exaggerated a bit) of leftover salt granules everywhere you went. The entry, the lobby, the hall, the elevator- you name it and it was tracked or left there. Mind you- the weather was now beautiful, but apparently they wanted to leave it behind for the next storm? We thoroughly enjoyed the crackling sound everywhere we walked- and tracking it into our cars. The trash cans were overflowing so much you couldnt have fit a toothpick in them. Floors were left-over muddy(ish), windows streaky and everything was pretty dusty. In all that sparkle and shine- we then get advised that WE have to pay $50 for a pet/cleaning fee since our pup was staying. Presumably- they have a lot of extra work to do when a single-digit pounded ShihTzu (who doesnt shed and is completely potty trained) stays at the hotel- so we werent too happy about that given their already unsightly cleaning abilities. Basically- that $50 went to their bottom line. The hotel was dreary and dark- as most lights in the lobby were turned off. Trash bags and towels lined the hallways as we walked from the elevators to our rooms each night. The market (store to buy soda/candy) had about 4 items in it. This was a very underwhelming experience- and certainly not to Marriott standards. We WILL be contacting Marriott, since the most the hotel can seem to do to address concerns is with a one-line sentence/generic auto response in the real-time feedback. Figuratively speaking, they had their chance to make it right and chose not to. The pluses; the room was clean. It was small, but it wasnt cramped. It sort of resembled a Microtel type room (with everything being integrated and portioned in its spot) but it wasnt necessarily bad. The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet. The pool was decent (and warm) although we found the hour rental/reservation policy to be on the quirky side. False senses of security during the pandemic are wasted on this traveler, but of course theyre just going through the motions like any major hotel brand/business. All in all- we probably wont have any desire to return to this specific location, but well give Marriott corporate a chance to save some reputation face and resolve our concerns so that others dont have to suffer a boycott because of this particular location who doesnt know how to seize opportunity. If the hotel had been taken care of, clean, tidy, organized and spotless- I wouldnt have cared two shakes about that $50 fee. However- I just cant help but feeling like we were scammed this time.

I'll look at other options next time I'm in BellevueThe hotel is attractive and is located close to my work location. I've stayed downtown in Omaha and was not happy to pay for daily parking at the DoubleTree. This was the first time I stayed at this Courtyard and I'll have to keep looking for a hotel in the Bellevue area for my next visit. It wasn't terrible and the desk staff is extremely courteous, helpful and professional. My concerns were with other things. First, the shower design is ridiculous. It is a spacious rectangle shower but there is a glass shield about 40 inches wide between the shower and the room, and that's it. No door, which leaves about a 36 inch gap wide open. Water splashes and sprays out onto the floor to the point of puddling. Since housekeeping is limited to one time per seven days (I was there 11 days), I had to pile up used towels to sop up the water on the floor. The housekeeping restriction is unacceptable. There are hotels I've stayed at since June 2020 (including Marriotts) that will clean your room upon request everyday if you ask. The breakfast (free for frequent travelers) was disappointing. I ordered a breakfast burrito the first day and threw 60% of it away. The tortilla was obviously old and dried out and the eggs, potatoes and bacon inside were bland and dry. Salsa couldn't rescue this breakfast. I went there a second time and asked for an everything bagel with cream cheese. When I asked what flavors of cream cheese she had to offer, she looked confused and begged my pardon as she went in the back room for a moment. She cam back and said they were actually out of cream cheese. Ridiculous. No wonder the breakfast is free. There is, BTW no free coffee. The fitness center is a typical midrange hotel fitness center but it's all I really require. They say they have a rule that you can reserve an hour since it is restricted to one person in there at a time, but I got three separate quotes on that rule: you can call the day before and reserve it; you can't reserve it before hand but you have to sign in to reserve it for the hour; there's someone else in there "but I can let you in because it's OK if there's two people in there." (I declined) I don't mind hotels setting rule for housekeeping or fitness centers: I am concerned when everyone in the hotel is not on the same page with them.

Excellent hotel and StaffStayed at many hotels but I have to say, this Courtyard by Marriott absolutely knocked it out of the park. Extremely clean, staff was incredible. The Executive Chef in their Moro king breakfast area was very helpful but created very tasty options. The room was very clean and organized well for the business traveler.

Wonderful employee SierraMy mother past away suddenly and SIerra helped with reservation for me and my family. She even had flowers put in the rooms. She was wonderful and should be an example for all hotel employees. The hotel staff in general was excellent, but Sierra went out of her way to be friendly and helpful.
