  I'll preface that my thoughts on this hotel are really based on what one would expect from a hotel of this class. Nothing against Courtyard or Marriott in general - but I've been a a number of Courtyards throughout the country and this was not the greatest experience. Starting with positives. Check in was good. Really nice and cordial woman at the front desk already had my key ready. I had checked in via my mobile app for Bonvoy - which makes things easier. Next, the room. Not great. Flushed the toilet and it kept running for about 20 minutes. Notified service about the issue which I'm assuming that they have resolved. Room smelled like cigarettes/cleanser - which is a HUGE sticking point for me. Room seemed a little dated in decor. Sleep quality was ok. If you are looking to stay warm, it might be a little difficult as the bed coverings are a little thin. In terms of location, it is a good spot for those that are looking to be near the U of N - Omaha campus. Easy access to the conference center and other buildings. Overall, I may not choose to stay here again - mainly because of the smell. It is my biggest pet peeve.

  Always a good stay

  Well located with great staff. Neighborhood has developed well from the old Aksarben race track days. Easy access to the major roadways around Omaha. We stay here on a regular basis. Our grandsons always enjoy the pool.

  Impressed

  This place is very nice. Friendly staff at the desk. Good location. Kind of a hidden gem so to speak. Rooms are phenomenal. Will definitively look into staying here again. Would've liked a breakfast buffet is the one disappointment.

  Great Stay

  We were in the city for a doctors visit and chose to stay in this area as it was near 72nd Street. We hadnt been to this area in years and found it to be a great place to stay. We had a queen suite and it was extremely nice. Our room was clean, nicely decorated and very spacious. Our king bed was very comfortable. The sofa bed is like all sofa beds and not very comfortable. Outside noise was not an issue. Would differently stay there again when we had more time to check out the village.

  Absolutely Disappointing

  I realize that businesses are slowly reopening, but cleaning hotel rooms, and keeping up with maintenance should not be neglected. The bathroom was FULL of hair, everywhere. We wanted tub, because my wife prefers baths. We were never told that the only rooms with a tub are handicap-accessible rooms. The handicap bench makes using the tub pretty much impossible, as the bottom hinges of the bench protrude into the tub area. The tub, itself, is VERY slippery when wet. Probably not the best for a handicapped room. The drain plug did not keep water from draining (perhaps from more hair?) While showering, and with the drain open, the water still collected in the tub. The rest of the room was acceptable, but the appearance made it seem as though it was on the tail end of some repairs. Those should be 100% completed before using the room. The handle, and front of the bedside table was disgustingly sticky. There are absolutely no USB ports in the room. The TV, "guide", never, ever worked. There are several security issues around the hotel, mainly broken doors.
