    I was in OKC for work and booked this hotel without looking too much into it. The hotel has restaurants close by, Walmart, and is easily accessible. My hotel room is very nice. The room has a fridge and very large tv. The bathroom sink is outside of the toilet as shower.

    home for several days

    The lobby was clean. The elevator broke down 2 x while I was there. They got it fixed quickly. Check I and out was easy. Staff was very kind. There seems to be a policy that prevent roommates who share a room from sharing points. This does not seem fair. If I pay for 1/2 the nights, I should get 1/2 the nights. The company needs to fix this. Housekeeping was spotty ( as is common in several hotels). One day not all of the garbage cans were emptied. Another day only a few of the towels were replaced. When ever we spoke to a house keeper they were always nice. The room had inconsistent heating / cooling. Without touching the thermostat, the temperature changed in the room . The Bistro in the hotel was not a good experience, We ordered breakfast and it took 20 minutes until the first person was served 5 minutes later 1 person was served. Almost 10 minutes later the last one in our party was served. There was only 1 other table occupied I was then served the wrong dish on top if it. I don't understand it. The hotel seems to be up to date. the lobby business area was comfortable and clean. The mattress and pillows are soft. If that is the kind of bed you like, you are in for a treat. My sister's bed was also soft. This seems to be the standard there.

    Great place to stay--location, quality of service, rooms

    On the many trips I took to OKC during 2019, this was my "go to" hotel. Great location with easy access to I-44 and Broadway Extension\277, many good restaurants and shopping not too mention a great staff and well-maintained rooms.

    Had a great time

    So my fiance and I stayed at this hotel for our 17th anniversary. We had a slight hiccup because we thought that our card had been charged when we went through the pre pay in full for Marriot members but it turns out that Marriot doesn't charge until you get there but the staff was extremely helpful in helping us understand. The pool was slightly chilly but great for a good swim and exercising. Our room was spacious and clean, and we were lucky enough to have a balcony with an amazing view. We were on the third floor. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family and we are going to be back there again!

    Off the beaten path

    The location was a bit odd, but ois near the Mall. There is an abandoned building next door, and the closest food is McDonald's and Ihop. The gym and cafe were closed due to COVID but the indoor pool was open - curious?
