  Great family visit but hotel was lacking.

  I think this was our first stay here. I guess you get what you pay for as the cost here was somewhat less than other hotels. No continental breakfast, restaurant was good but pricey. The coffee maker didnt work In our room although they replaced it as soon as we asked. No coffee in the lobby unless you paid for it. While showering the faucet control fell off into the bathtub. I was lucky it missed my foot. I couldnt turnoff the water until I managed to get it back on but the handle was still loose. The next morning I reported it but it was not repaired by the time we left the following day.

  Parking not free

  Website does not state charged parking. Charge 7 per night. I could understand this is vacation town but it's just a way to charge more. Bad choice on my part. Maybe I missed the charge for parking but I looked I'm not sure what Marriott site says but hotels.com does not state charged or free so I guess that means it's charged parking. Won't stay here again.

  Great service from staff, but property needs some work.

  I stayed here a few weeks ago on a business trip. I booked because it was a fantastic price, and close to the airport (which is always a plus on late night arrivals!). When I checked in I was greeted warmly by the overnight front desk associate Christian. He was very friendly and took great care of me and my elite status benefits (often forgotten, but thankfully not on this trip!). The following evening when I saw Christian again he remembered me by name which was a nice surprise. I encountered other staff from day front desk, Bistro and housekeeping attendants and all were fantastic. However, as nice as the staff was the building needed some work. 3 items in particular were: -shower/tub was clogged and took forever to drain. I find this common in the older properties. -in the fitness center, both treadmills belts slipped when in use and was rather unsafe. I did not go back to use it a second day. -most of the Outlets in the room were well worn as they didnt hold a plug very well when charging my phone. It was a game to see which one was best. Despite those items, I really did enjoy my stay. The bed was comfortable, heater worked well, and again the staff was fantastic. There are several restaurants close by, and a quick 5-10 minute drive and you are downtown! If youre considering this property for your next stay and the price is right, dont pass it up! I will definitely be back the next time Im in OKC.

  Great Hotel. Friendly Staff.

  One of my favorite Courtyards to stay at. Very Friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Workout facilities provide adequate equipment that is user friendly. The food at the is excellent. Teresa at the Bistro is outstanding !

  Good Visit

  Our flight was canceled due to weather, so we stayed here overnight to catch early flight the next day. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They are not running airport shuttle at this time. I scheduled Uber but the couldnt reach us because of heavy snow. Desk clerk helped me arrange shuttle from the airport and I appreciated it. Room was clean and comfortable, but it building does need updating. I would stay again.
