  Excelente ubicacion y un lugar muy confortable

  El hotel esta ubicado muy cerca de las principales atracciones de la ciudad, de facil acceso. El personal es muy amable, las instalaciones estan en excelentes condiciones, las habitaciones son amplias y comodas. El bar ofrece buena variedad de comidas y bebidas.

  walk to many dining and downtown spots. they charge to park in their lot:(

  Stopped here when passing through Ogden. Big hotel. Very Covid aware. big parking lot. walk across the back lot right into the downtown area where you find many dining options and shops. choose a high floor so you get a view of the town and the mountains. One criticism: They charge $5 dollars to park in their lot if stay in the hotel. This seems unnecessary. the lot is enormous and it angers the person to add such an add on cost.

  Out dated not clean

  The room was extremely outdated and not clean we traveled 2800 miles this trip and this was the worst hotel we stayed in the guest service was subpar and there were little to no guest amenities. You have to pay for parking even though they have a large lot that is in need of repaving and the decor is dirty and outdated. In 2020s current climate this is unacceptable.

  This hotel has serious problems

  We were in town for a wedding and chose to stay here. We usually love mariotts! We had two adjoining rooms so we could visit with our families. The first thing I notice is the red spots on the floor. My pillow had red spots that appear to be blood. The other spots are paint or nail polish. Then there was red spots on the wall and all over the bathroom door. I always bring clorox wipes when I travel so I did some cleaning. The best part is being woke up by screaming children who are in the pool. I have never had a room by a hotel pool. It was awful! All day long and screaming til 11pm at night. UGH!

  So hot and muggy! Black mold...

  We are traveling with our kids and booked a suite which had lots of space and overall seemed clean as I travel with my own Clorox wipes and found very little removable dirt. However.... there are stains on everything, mold in the constantly dripping shower, and clearly a black mold issue in bathroom wall. The bathroom sink is literally falling off of the wall, and the room is attached to the enclosed swimming pool.... very odd. I was concerned for my 5yr old being able to walk directly through the sliding door to the pool... also pool hours go until 11, the latest Ive seen in a hotel which is great.......if your room is not attached to it. But the biggest issue, a complete dealbreaker for me.... the room is stiflingly hot. For two nights I jimmied with the thermostat trying to cool the room off, before I finally called the front desk in the middle of the night just to be told that it is set to winter setting and it just needs to be turned off and they would bring us a fan........ it already turned was off, but with ZERO fresh air and no windows, only a slider that opens to the pool it makes for a horrible muggy hot stay. I still gave it two stars because the staff are fantastic. The hotel seems fairly clean (just one of the square foam headboard style pillow cases had makeup on it), but otherwise the room was clean. Security lady was very sweet and staff were great. I feel bad that they have so many structural issues and Im sure they get complains often at no fault of their own. I would say get the mold out of the showers at bare minimum and fix the air system!!
