  Estancia agradable.

  Por motivos de trabajo durante mis vistas a Virginia, me toca hospedarme en este hotel, la verdad todas las personas son muy atentas y muy amables. Las habitaciones siempre están limpias y nunca me ha tocado algo extraño, el único pero que le pongo es que no cuenta con servicio de bufete por las mañanas a menos que este ocupado completamente, por lo demás si buscan algo donde hospedarse no duden en hacerlo en este lugar

  Nice hotel, but lacking a bit of finesse.

  I last stayed at this hotel approximately 4 years ago, and enjoyed the stay. So, I decided to stay at this hotel again. The rooms are nicely renovated to the new Courtyard design. Indeed, the room is comfortable and nicely laid out. The circular sofa and tablet table is a major plus. I checked in the hotel early evening, and then left for the evening, returning late at night to sleep. It was then I noticed that the cleanliness was lacking finesse, and was a major sticking point for me. The bathroom had a lot of smudge stains, as well as debris on the floor. The shower area was disappointing in particular. It is definitely not up to the standards that I expect at a Courtyard. That is disappointing, because the hotel itself is quite nice overall. I think with a little more attention to detail to the cleanliness and presentation would be much welcome and appreciated. The hotel does have an ideal location, right off of the interstate, and is within a short driving distance to many restaurants and shops. I will stay at this hotel again in the future, as I know it is definitely capable of delivering a really good stay experience.

  Not worth the money!

  We came for a relaxing weekend away from kids....NOT SO MUCH! Disgusting shower..see pics, NO COFFEE.. not just in room, but in hotel all together. It was Satan's Balls Hot while checking in due to an "A/C issue". So they take away amenities but don't lower the price... the management in my opinion is just riding the coattails of COVID-19 to save money.

  Weekend party place

  Stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks (planned to stay for 3) while our house in TN was being finished. The first night we noticed heavy cigarette smoke in the hallway near our room but not in our room. Said something to the manager the next morning and were told they had charged the offenders $250. Our second weekend was ok. Friday night of the 3rd weekend we smelled pot smoke in our room. We chose not to say anything because it wasn't that bad. Saturday night we left the hotel to spend time with family. When we returned and opened the room door our room was FILLED with smoke. I went to the front desk and was told they had been trying to reach us because the smoke alarm in our room had gone off. Zoe had left a message on our room phone but didn't call the cell number they had on file. Nor did they check our room or call the fire department. We moved to another hotel 30 miles away because that is all that was available. This hotel is good during the week but on the weekend it turns into party central with lots of smoking in rooms. AND THE HOTEL MANAGER DOESN"T SEEM TO CARE!!! We haven't heard 1 word from him to apologize for our ordeal. I will say that most of the staff are outstanding, especially Michelle and Vermon. Not a family friendly hotel on the weekends. Will never stay here again and don't think it's worthy of being a Marriott property.

  Terrible Guest Service Do not stay here

  I made a reservation at this property and needed a second room for the rest of my party. The best rate available was on Hotels.com. I confirmed a reservation on Hotels.com for the property. I was contacted by Hotels.com and told they would not honor my reservation and I should call the property. I called and spoke to the General Manager and explained my issue. I was told the Hotel made the decision to not honor the reservations from Hotels.com and that I was "lucky" that they told me in advance of my arrival. This is disgusting to have this level of service from a Marriot product. I was insulted that I was told I was "Lucky" they told me ahead of time. Please consider this level of service when booking at this property or Marriot at all. You may have a reservation and they may not honor it at all if you show up.
