  Very Good Location if you visit New Orleans Downtowns

  The hotel is pretty new, service is excellent. The hotel is located in the other side of the river but it is only 15 minutes to downtown, very convenient. Opposite the hotel is a shopping mall. Good to do some shopping.

  Very nice

  Very nice, new and modern. Check in was quick and the staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely king room with large bathroom.It had a nice layout with the head of the bed against the bathroom wall instead of the traditional side wall. Nicely furnished with cool curved love seat. It was clean and quiet.

  A Good Choice on the West Bank

  I spent 2 nights here this week and their is a lot to like. The hotel is like new and very clean with a friendly staff. The fitness room is good size with new equipment. The negative is that it does not open until 5:00am. Like most Courtyards they charge way too much for food and drinks in the bistro and you will find the area does not have a large number of other choices for food. Be warned that the morning (leaving towards New Orleans) and afternoon commute is brutal.

  Good Point Redemption

  Stayed here for Mardi Gras 2020. Close enough to the action without being too overwhelming. Would recommend. Got a great value for my points, even though it just went up in Category, it is still a good deal. Front desk was helpful. Would stay again.

  Disgusting hotel

  This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Our first room smelled like urine and smoke and weed, so we requested a new room. Our second room smelled like someone had spent an entire year chain smoking in there. It was absolutely horrible. Couldnt sleep it smelled so bad. Even the bathroom smelled like someone had sat on the toilet for hours while smoking and then took a shower for hours while smoking and then shoved burned cigarettes in all the air vents and smeared them on the bed. It ruined my trip and I hate this hotel. Dont ever stay here.
