Decent stay for Feb graduationWe stayed here for a weekend while visiting for a family member's Feb graduation from Middlebury College. The hotel was booked to capacity during the time we were there but the staff were friendly and accommodated most of our requests. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very clean. There are mini-fridges in the rooms, and we requested a microwave but were told they don't do microwaves in the rooms. My 3-year old daughter and my husband enjoyed the pool, but it was not heated well so you shouldn't expect a warm pool to swim in. Also, the cafe is basically a mini-Starbucks with some added on options but it has very limited hours, so don't rely on that option. The location is great for proximity to the college and a shopping center and Walgreens within walking distance.

Short family ski trip success!!Very clean and friendly, helpful Staff. Our suite was just what we asked for with a separate bedroom/living room! Bonus - 3 TVs and a fireplace!! Very handy with husband, 5 year old, and my Mom in tow. Indoor Pool was warm enough. Great location just moments outside of downtown. Will be back.

HOTEL HORRORSDISGUSTING! They dont care one bit about their employees or their safety. They have poop filled beds, and dirty people all over && no rules or morals. Mind you, they dont even really clean well!! Stains and messes there for days straight, half the time rooms have left over items or mess from last guests. If you want a good place to go, do not go here. The entire place is a joke as well. I will never recommend this place. The employee look over worked and miserable. Very disappointed with this place & my experience. Do better!!!!!

Not a true handicapped roomWe stayed in room 216. One party was in a wheelchair. Pros: * Excellent bathroom; plenty of space to accommodate a wheelchair. * Plenty of room to maneuver around the bed with the wheelchair and walker. * The room and all public areas were very clean and neat. Con: *THE BED IS TOO HIGH!! Marriott, if you are reading this then please consider lowering the platforms on the beds in the handicapped accessible rooms. A person in a wheelchair should be able to move easily from the chair to the bed. A person transitioning from the chair to the bed SHOULD NOT be climbing up into the bed; that is a sure recipe for disaster! As much as I like the Marriott chain, the bed height is the only reason I will find another place to stay when in the area.

Worst experince everI called the Marriott Middlebury on the morning of Jan 2 to see if they woukd allow an early check in do to an eme4gency and was told yes. I booked my reservation ton trip.com had my voucher and went to check in. Rebecca had no clue how to check me in and asked me for the wholesaler number. In addition although she advised i could have the early check in it wasnt honored. In also prepaid the one night and she lied and advised she needed my card for incidentals which I gave her she tried to charge me 2 times for 160 and finally charged one time for 120. Remeber i prepaid and whem we checked out Carly charged me 114.67 after i already prepaid. It gets worst i submitted a complaint with Marriott directly and spoke to the GM Malcom Rusty Harding who was just as rude as he staff. They did not apologize even when the multiple charges disrupted my account. Up to now no one has done the right thing and I will never stay at thsi property or recommend it to anyone.
