Under construction - MediocreI would stay here again - but it was under heavy construction, staff struggled at my check in and check out and parking lot was a little sketch. Room was good and bed was comfortable. Housekeeping were very friendly. Again - mix of good and bad but I was overall happy with the experience.

NurseI stayed here on 02/24/20 The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and had a good clean smell, I enjoyed my stay but the reason for the low stars is because I saw something disturbing at the restaurant in the lobby, the young lady at the cash register was stealing money from the guests including mine as well. I wish people wouldnt take other people hard earned money, she had a wonderful personality to be doing things like that,so please be careful at the restaurant. But overall a ok hotel

Staff Make the DifferenceMy wife and I recently stayed here and would recommend this Courtyard. The staff are why I am giving this rating. From the moment I walked in they were friendly and helpful. Lisa, at the front desk, is wonderful. She is very friendly and worked to make sure my stay was pleasant. She was mostly alone at the front desk, so can get busy at times, but found a way to balance the calls with greeting and attending to those in the lobby. My wife and I truly appreciate her service. Now the hotel itself. COVID makes it difficult since the pool is closed and the Bistro is limited to breakfast. That is just the way of life right now. The lobby has been remodeled recently and looks like it would be a great place to relax and hang out had the Bistro been open. We stayed in a suite which was two rooms with a King. This also seems to have been remodeled recently. We had no noise problems at all. The room was very comfortable, the shower was powerful. We appreciated the Tea Tree bath products in the shower. There is not a hairdryer, so be sure to pack one if you need it. Everything in the room was nice. The TV allows you to log into your own Netflix, Amazon, HBO etc account if you have one which was nice. The room has a balcony which looked out into the pool and we spent some time in the chairs enjoying that. The bed was comfortable. The room has a fridge & microwave. Overall just an enjoyable stay in a comfortable room.

Worst Marriott I have ever stayed in-rude staff and no customer serviceI travel often and I am a Plantinum Elite member. My company pays for the hotel room on the reservation number. This hotel manager made me wait for about 5 minutes before he would come to the desk claiming he did hear me when I said "hello" loudly and I could see him walking in the room around the corner. So, he wouldn't accept my company charge card without me knowing the last 4 numbers. I have never had any problems in the past with using the reservation charge card. This young manager proceeded to explain to me how he travels all the time and what he does. Quite frankly I don't care about his traveling, I just wanted to check in. Needless to say, he would not let me use the company reservation to stay. So, I called my company for the last 4 numbers and gave it to the other girl at the desk, because I didn't want to deal with the rude manager. She states it is not the number on file. I have an email from the company to confirm, but no talking to this group. They have no idea how to treat people or how there own job depends on whether we choose to stay at Marriott or pick another chain. The following morning the internet and phones don't work at the hotel. I call the main number of the hotel from my cell phone to the front desk to only hear that other customers have called too and we have to wait until 7am when the maintenance guy comes in. The front desk argued with me that the phones must just not be working in my room. Seriously? What terrible management and customer service. If I wasn't meeting someone there to work with- I would definitely stay somewhere else. I will never stay there again, but I'm also staying more at Hilton's for awhile!!

Marriott messed this upI have been a Marriott member for over 10 years and for nine of them years we loved it over the last year or maybe even a little longer ever since Marriott took over and became Bon boy or whatever theyre calling yourselves the customer service at their main offices or wherever they answer these phones has become the worst I have ever seen They will not assist you in your issues its not customer comes first anymore weve had several issues over the last year with our stays at certain hotels by far not at all of them The ones that we have had Marriott refused to help us I wouldnt even give us points to make up for the trouble we had this particular hotel we had reserved a room online through Marriott a suite we always get a suite because me and my wife dont always like watching the same TV show so we pay the extra money for the suite we get to the hotel and Marriott overbooked all the suits The only way we could even have a Room was to take a standard room. When I called Marriott to complain I got some foreign person that I could barely understand she apologized but said there was nothing they could do this is to a gold elite status Marriott member for over 10 years very sad Marriott what you have become compared to what you used to be.
