  Superior service

  The employees at this location were all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were okay for the most part. Would like to see some usb charging stations added to the rooms and the bathrooms updated but overall a great location near businesses and lots of restaurants.

  Really happy with the price, proximity and rooms

  Had a nice stay at the Courtyard East. The rooms were a good size, clean and beds were comfortable. For the price, they get 5 stars, would have dropped one if I didnt find a good deal though as they could likely be updated.

  Average Hotel with Great Potential

  The reason I didnt score this hotel an above average rating is because the customer service from Faith was lacking at best. I would have like to be welcomed and thanked, which didnt occur. No recognition of my Titanium Elite status, no water or snack as accustomed due to status. When asked for information, was short and not complete. Did not hand me back my driver license and credit card, and just placed them on the counter. These little details is what separates an average stay from an exceptional stay. In honesty, I did consider an even lower rating because the spa was warm at 94 degrees and not hot, and the room was cold and similar condition to what a previous guest experienced and detailed in his Dec review; apparently the problem still exist. I kept the rating average because in the end, it was a clean and comfortable hotel with good rates and location. Work on the service a bit and this location can be stellar.

  Great beds. Great location.

  Very comfortable. Bistro had good food though limited and hours were very accommodating. Indoor pool looked nice as did workout room. Only bad thing was that the pillows smelled like body odor. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

  Nice hotel, cool and chill lobby.

  The hotel is nice, but every time I went to the front desk it was empty. Anything I needed I had to wait to get. This was at all hours of the day and night. See attached photos of the empty front counter. Staff was nice, but the waiting, the waiting, the waiting. Rooms were clean comfortable and modern.
