  Overnight Stay

  I stayed for one night during October. The welcome was very friendly and the room very clean and well laid out for a comfortable stay, a large TV with desk space to work on my laptop, the bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. All in all a very good stay in a bright, vibrant and well decorated hotel

  Not the best stay

  Check in was really welcoming! Food wasnt great. The young girl bringing out the bagged up food made it seem like an inconvenience when asking for food and coffee. Woman behind the bar seemed friendly to all but went back and forth with me when i said the Aperol spritz didnt taste nice when i kindly asked for it to be remade(despite already admitting she wasnt great at cocktails). Then eventually backed down and made me another.

  Great Location, Clean Room, Professional Staff

  The hotel is situated conveniently near Luton airport - 10 minutes walk. The room that we got was clean and had a super king-size bed (very comfy). Adrian is a fantastic receptionist and made it a very pleasant trip for us.

  Lovely hotel great customer service

  I had to stay somewhere by Luton airport for one night as I need a fit to fly cert and also had an early flight. After having been refused a stay by the holiday inn as I didnt have a letter from the Spanish embassy to say I was being repatriated. Anyway thats for another review. The Marriott website said I had to have a flight number and my Spanish resident card which I had as its only nationals and residents who can fly. The receptionist was lovely polite and welcoming, she allowed me to check in early and arranged for a taxi to take me to the airport at 4.40am she even asked if I needed one with a card reader which unfortunately (as I like to pay for everything in cash) I did. What a shame that the bar area is closed as its lovely with booths with a tv in each one. The hotel is absolutely spotless, my room was huge, spotless had a great shower and I could cast Netflix from my phone onto the tv. Sockets by the bed another bonus, a fridge, safe desk and a small table to eat at. If I was to be really picky I only had 2 teabags but Im confident had I gone downstairs or phoned down I would have got some. This was all for £53 a night. Excellent hotel, excellent service and stay.

  Exceptional Customer Service

  Great hotel, the reservation's manager Fabiola is very helpful and understanding. Great COVID-19 H&S policies in place. Feedback from delegates attending the hotel is always high. I highly recommend this hotel for conferences and training courses.
