  Estadía Agradable...

  Hotel muy agradable para descansar. El lobby es bastante grande y los sofás son muy cómodos para pasar un rato y tomarse una cerveza. La piscina un poco pequeña, pero limpia. La atención varía de quien te atienda, pero en general son cordiales. Te puedes desplazar al centro por medio de transporte público en algunas horas del día, ya que la ruta de bus no funcionan todo el día... La recomendación siempre es alquilar un vehículo. El taxi al Aeropuerto cuesta en promedio 30 USD y al Downtown 35 - 40 Usd. En Louisville no pueden dejar de ir al Museo de Mohamed Alli, el Museo de Bates de Beisboll y el Churchil Down.

  Quiet, easy going getaway

  My boyfriend and I stayed here while visiting some of my college friends for the weekend. The hotel was mostly empty, which is probably good during a pandemic. We stayed in a Guestroom, King bed on the 4th floor. The room was clean, and spacious enough to accommodate us and our luggage. Only complaint about the room was no bottles of lotion, only soap and facial towelettes. The shower had large pumps of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. We were right across from the elevator so the mechanical room buzzing and noises were clearly heard in our room, luckily we both sleep pretty soundly. Location is a major pro! Waffle house is just steps away, there tons of other places in the area to eat and it's always nice to have a gas station within walking distance for other needs. I'd consider staying here again, but I'll remember to bring my own lotion.

  Good place to stay the night

  Typical Courtyard Marriott. Location is conveniently near the Interstate. There is a Olive Garden for dinner nearby and a Bob Evans for breakfast. If you want something better than those you'll have to travel. Rooms were clean, hotel was quiet. Good place if just want to get some sleep.

  GREAT Staff, Clean rooms and easy access location

  My parents live in Louisville, however, don't have room for all the visitors. We have stayed at LOTS of hotels. The Courtyard Marriott Louisville East is in a very convenient location. The staff is GREAT. They recognize loyal Bonvoy members and make them truly feel welcome. That being said, I believe they make everyone feel welcome. Even though covid limits their breakfast options, they have Starbucks and a nice grab and go selection. We like this hotel so much, we have booked our next stay in January!

  Refused service

  In the military, driving home on leave and needed a room for the night after being on the road for many hours. It was about 10 minutes after midnight. I walk through the first set of automatic doors but the second set doesnt open, instead a womans voice comes over an intercom and in a very annoyed tone of voice asks me if she could help me with something. Keep in mind these doors are glass so we can see each other, literally 10 feet away. Her behind the reception desk and me inside a man-trap. (Very hospitable!) This is the convo that followed: Me: Hello Im just looking for a room for the night Her: You DO understand that its reservation only, right? Me: Actually no, I didnt realize this... Her: Its reservation only. We DONT DO walk-ins on this shift Me: *Turns and walks out the door without another word* This is the second hotel Id been to that night looking for a room. The first was the Marriott 0.5 miles away. They turned me away because their system was down the night manager was very pleasant and apologetic about it though and said hes been sending people down the road to the COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT. Drury is across the street, I called and asked if they do late night chec-ins. The extremely polite and friendly night manager assured me they do (the inflection in her voice suggesting she thought it was a silly question to ask of a HOTEL. I agree.)
