  Nice hotel good food

  Stayed for one night. Really nice rooms and big lobby set up to hang around with others which worked for our large family. Ate at the bistro at night and for breakfast and the staff were very accommodating. Master chef was great and everything was good. Bigger sized servings than we had expected.

  Second time here. Will keep coming back

  I come to Junction City to see my kids every six months and Courtyard always excels with their clean rooms and friendly staff. The treadmills downstairs are more than adequate for staying mobile when eating all kinds of junk food with my children and the liquor store nearby is great to wind down after a long day.

  Great Customer Service By Danielle

  Flags of Honor (small group of Run For The Wall riders that rode out to DC when RFTW was cancelled) had a wonderful stay. Rooms clean and comfortable. A big shout out to Danielle at the front desk. She was incredibly sweet and accommodating. Thank you Danielle for keeping the fire pit on late for us! We hope to see you next year!

  Worst Marriott Experience

  I am an extremely loyal Marriott member and plan trips around staying at Marriott properties, as I did this trip. Boy, was I regretting it this time. This property is not up to the Marriott brand standard. Its not that I expect perfection every time. There are often things that go wrong at Marriott properties, but how you recover from a hiccup is important. This property failed at that, but what went wrong is just unforgivable in this age of COVID. Not long after getting into my room, I discovered trash, including an entire can of dirty diapers under the sink. Not sure how you could thoroughly clean and sanitize the room and miss that. I alerted the front desk. He apologized and said he'd send someone down for the trask (I was certainly not going to touch it - you know, this COVID thing) and take something off my bill. Guy shows up for the trash and actually puts the can that contained the dirty diapers back down in my room. I had to tell him to take it - why would I want that unsanitary thing in my room? It made me really question just how clean the room was, so I burned the wipes I brought along to use on my up and coming air flight to wipe down and sanitize all the surfaces. If that wasn't enough, there was no toilet paper in the room - so, call number 2 to the front desk to get some (he brought one roll as if I am the demanding, annoying guest). Also, the toilet didn't function. one of those things that you have to jiggle the handle to get it to stop running. but in all that running, it wouldn't actually flush. Plugged after my male's use so I had to use the lobby bathroom after that. Its a shame because the location is convenient and I know I'll be making this drive again, but I will break from my Marriott loyalty and not stay here ever again. p.s. there was very little adherence to wearing a mask in common areas

  Drive Elsewhere

  This is hands down one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in. Very nice people at the front desk but the rooms are filthy. We almost got back in the car to keep driving to Salina. Attached are pictures from the shower which were full of mold. Room had trash in it when we checked in. On top of it all, they had a massive party going on in the lobby where no one was wearing a mask.
