  Confortable!

  Hotel muy agradable, la habitación que nos dieron era amplia, luminosa y con las comodidades necesarias. El personal es muy amable también. En el lobby hay un Starbucks abierto todo el día. Me gustó mucho!

  Convenient and Clean south Jax Hotel

  I booked two nights at this Courtyard while in Jacksonville looking for homes. I didn't expect much because I got a great price on the room, however, I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby has been updated to the new Courtyard style and was clean and nicely decorated. The rooms are also clean, comfortable and a nice size. I like the hotels that offer Smart TV's, but most of them reduce the number of regular cable channels when they offer this feature, as does this Courtyard. The hotel is conveniently located just off I-95 in south Jax near St. Augustine. There are multiple restaurants within a mile including Panera, Applebees and there is a Starbucks within walking distance (!!!!). The Courtyard does have food and coffee offerings as well. There is a breakfast buffet but it is not free with your stay. One housekeeping issue I would like to bring up - the carpets as you exit the elevator onto the guest floors does need to be cleaned/replaced. Multiple stains were visible and the carpet has visible wear. A really bright spot was the front desk employee, Linda! Linda is so very nice, patient and helpful. She takes her time with each guest and is so polite. A great addition to the hotel's staff!

  FELT LIKE HOME!!

  I stayed here for 12 nights back in the way beginning of March while exploring the area. (Right before the pandemic officially started) Overall, the stay was outstanding from start to end. The hotel first of all is extremely well maintained. There are no musty/any strong chemical smells throughout the hotel. A big plus if you have an autoimmune illness like myself. The room was really nice. We stayed in an extended 2 queen room. (Room 413) The room was so nice, and huge!! It was at least 450 square feet. The whole staff were extremely friendly, and some of the front desk workers treated us like family. Alyssa was phenomenal. She took amazing care of us and treated us like royalty. Her customer service skills are through the roof, and she made us feel right at home. Someone please promote her! Linda at the front desk was phenomenal. She constantly checked on us throughout our stay. A big shoutout to her. She was amazing! All of the other front desk staff members were phenomenal as well. I wish I remember everyones name. There was one woman however who has long dark brown hair who worked the evening shift. She was incredible!! The housekeepers were beyond amazing!! They were so friendly as well. They took amazing care of our room, and were just such friendly people. Lourdes, of of the main housekeepers was phenomenal. She constantly made sure we were having an awesome stay. Please give her a raise!! She was fantastic!! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. This is our go-to in the Jacksonville area. If you are looking for a well maintained hotel, staff that will treat you like family, and a nice hidden gem, THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY IN JACKSONVILLE!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

  June stay

  It was pleasant. Nice lobby, nice location, got a great rate. AAA was doing a special which included a made to order breakfast. Negatives were that they do not have free coffee in the lobby. They had a terrible $6 Starbucks cup. And as for extra clean for covid, they dont clean daily (understandable) and we found socks in a drawer so it doesnt appear they were extra diligent.

  Stayed overnight, convenient and clean with friendly check in

  Stayed here overnight, while visiting family for Christmas. Arnitra checked me in and was warm, friendly and very welcoming. Definitely a place I would look at staying when I am in the area again because of people like her!!
