  We spent two nights there recently. It was convenient for the meetings we had in Indy. Would we stay there again? Maybe. I do not think we received enough value for the money we paid. The desk staff was friendly/helpful, as one would expect. The room was clean. That is always good. The shower temperature was extremely hard to adjust. It was either too hot or too cold. It is not a new hotel and its age is beginning to show. It had been a while since we had stayed in a Courtyard. I did not like the fact that there was no free continental breakfast... especially for the price of the room. The more I think about it, no, I do not think I would stay there again. There was nothing special about it. I am sure we could find a better all-around stay for less money.

  A Welcome place to stay for an early St. Vincents Heart appointment

  I was beyond pleased that we booked a room here. Not too many guests on this Christmas night, but it was bright and the front desk clerk was very welcoming. There is a restaurant on site, not sure of the fare or the prices, but breakfast was served from 6 am to 930 am. We were very happy with the room. SO CLEAN! the bathroom was spotless, including all surfaces and the floor. Again, I was impressed that they have liquid shower gel, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower. Hot soft water, and big fluffy white towels. We stayed in a king size mini suite, that included a sofa. Free internet, and lots of cable channels. We would consider staying here again, if necessary.

  Convenient to Grand Park and downtown Carmel

  Hotel was very convenient to downtown Carmel as well as Grand Park sports complex. The accommodations were nice, I had issues with temperature control in my room. The thermostat and heat did not seem to be working very well together. Overall it was a very nice stay with a very courteous staff.

  Wonderful Staff

  Just returned from a visit here while my Dad had heart surgery at St. Vincents. The hotel is literally two minutes away and within walking distance. Accommodations were clean and as expected. Patrick was most helpful from the minute I called for reservations. He, Catherine(?) and Heather all were exceedingly friendly and helpful with my request to stay late while we waited on discharge, whenever I came to get coffee etc. This is a strange time, and the hotel was very, very sparsely booked the first two nights. They have made every effort to keep people safe, requiring masks and safe distancing. A grab and go breakfast came with the room rate. A very pleasant experience during a stressful time. My mother and I truly appreciated it. If you are worried about security and want to stay on the first floor, ask for a room that faces the interior courtyard. Our room had a sliding door to the outside (but no patio) and faced the parking lot. But we never worried about it. We preferred that right now because it enabled us to come and go out a side door without going through all the common areas.

  Weekend Stay

  We stayed here for the weekend for our sons soccer tourney at Grand Park. The hotel was nice, clean, appeared updated, communicated well, and even offered a grab and go breakfast. We have enjoyed our stay here and its fairly quiet around the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!
