  El hotel esta centrico , las habitaciones son correctas con buenas camas . No tiene caja fuerte ni nevera y para desayunar tienes que ir a otro edificio pero esta comodo y sus empleados son agradables .El wi-fi funciona bien . Calidad precio buena .

  Hospital

  So impressed! Our son had surgery at Riley Hospital, and we needed a place to stay, which is stressful enough. Finding a comfortable hotel is usually the next step. Jason (front desk) was so kind and generous to us. As soon as I arrived to check my family in, he was there with a smile and was ready to help. He provided us maps for the area and made sure we were settled with everything we needed. He was even kind to our 1 year old son. I havent seen someone with such care and compassion for others in a while. Jason made our stay worth it. Excellent customer service. Clean rooms, quiet, and comfortable. we will definitely be coming here again in the future. 10/10 recommend.

  Great customer service and a nice property.

  I had a family member at IU Methodist Hospital and this was one of the recommended hotels. From the minute I called to make a reservation, until I left the next morning, I was very impressed. I was greeted late at night after a long, stressful day in a hospital waiting room by Keisha, who was sunshine personified. She addressed me by name after finding my reservation and was sincerely caring and friendly as I explained why I was in town. She was a terrific first impression. The rooms are classic Courtyard: beautifully decorated, clean and safe. I had a great night's sleep and as I was headed out the next morning, Jason, was as warm and friendly as Keisha had been the night before.. It made for a welcome respite in a tough time and sent me out the next morning in a more positive frame of mind. It is an easy drive from the Hospital so I'm glad I chose them. I would absolutely stay there again, if I need to return to Indy.

  Great Location; a little Tired

  A friend and I stayed for a weekend while doing some craft beer bar exploring in Indy (the craft beer scene in Indy is definitely worth checking out!). Anyway, this hotel is in the downtown area. Its walkable to Mass Ave where there are lots of bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel staff seemed nice enough, but a little tired. The COVID protocols in the main part of the hotel seemed a little sketchy. The room was clean enough, but a little tired. The beds were super comfortable with nice, heavy blankets which is a must-have for me. It was a little weird that the beds didnt have bedskirts though (the box spring was exposed) ....it made it seem cheap and unfinished. One of my biggest pet peeves in life is paying for parking, especially at hotels...I think parking was $20 or $25 a night...maybe they should invest all the money they are getting from unnecessary parking fees into bedskirts? Overall, the hotel was fine...I would consider staying there again, depending on the rate...luckily our rate was pretty cheap which offset the parking fee.

  Platinum for life member....worst stay in a Marriott ever!

  The most unnerving part was the lack of respect for Covid-19 protocol. There was a housekeeper cleaning near our room with a constant cough. There was a housekeeper with no mask on. The pool area was packed. The hotel was very dirty. We were only given one washcloth. We were here for a state championship. Our sons room toilet and another room in our group had a broken toilet. Something in our room clicked every minute or more. There were no carts to help carry all the equipment we needed to make food our athletes. The radiator in my sons room woke him up and he couldnt sleep and he brought a white noise machine. Children ran unsupervised in the halls late at night. The housekeepers blared music in the hall at 7:45 am. I could go on....... Marriott should review this hotel and revoke their Marriott status. I really hope the hacking housekeeper didnt have covid.
