  Visiting relatives nearby in Cypress, we stayed for 2 weeks in a twin room and the service - especially from the reception staff: and in particular Taylor and Paul + the housekeeper Carolina, was great. We felt all the staff were friendly and polite and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable....and really comfortable it was! The twin beds were large with lovely linen and the level of cleanliness of the room and the whole hotel was faultless. The restaurant food was of a good standard. If anything negative.. A room safe would have been useful...The air conditioning was very loud at times and the TV temperamental - cutting out at times.. but tolerable. Also need to make it clearer that your credit card will be used to pay when the bill reaches $1000 when we specifically told them that we would pay by cash..which, being from the UK, would have saved a substantial amount in credit card fees the current poor exchange rate. This particular hotel is totally recommendable and we will now consider others in the group in other locations. Thank you all for making our stay so good!

  LUXURY HOTEL AND REASONABLE PRICE

  By far one of the best hotels in Cypress. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The location is very convenient as it is right across from a grocery store for snacks. Hwy 290 is also nearby so it is easy access to get off and on

  Comfortable & Convenient

  We needed a hotel for one night this was the perfect location not far from Ge baseball field ! Great restaurants near ,and we had a good nice sleep in a clean room equipped with enough plugs for the whole family!

  A+ Accommodations and Staff

  This is my 2nd visit to the Courtyard by Marriott in Cypress in the last 2 months to visit family. The rooms are large and very clean and comfortable. I love having a Keurig in my room for morning coffee! What I especially appreciate is the friendly and attentive staff, especially Mark at the front desk! No request was too large for Mark to fulfill and promptly too! Mark makes you feel like youre coming to his home and he treats you like family! You will not be disappointed staying here!

  Would highly recommend

  Even with a sold out hotel full of noisy lacrosse kids and tired parents, we were very impressed with our stay. The room was exceptionally clean, as was the rest of the hotel. All employees that we encountered were so kind, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable stay! Do be aware however that the sofa bed is not intended for two adults! Fortunately we made it all work for our family.
