  Traveliers, pretty nice hotel but staff does not pay attention to detail. I called ahead a couple of days, asked for top floor, away from traffic. As I Titanium Plus member I thought it would be taken care of. When I arrived, I did NOT get top floor and was facing the freeway! AND... I was put next to the Ice Machine and the Linen Room! So like I said the staff does not pay attention to detail!

  Class Reunion

  We had your 30th Class Reunion here and it turnout out great. The service and food was excellent. We had 70+ people and I only received 1 minor complain which is excellent for a event this size. I have hosted many smaller and larger event at various locations and this by far as been the most accommodating event. We had several party member stay the night and they all enjoyed their experience. I would recommend this location over many more costly Hotels across the Houston area.

  School Reunion

  Courtyard Kingwood could not have been better! The facility was nice, the staff was very helpful and kind! My husband and I stayed the night in a king/balcony room. The balcony was huge, the room was large and comfortable!

  Not bad, not great

  The room was nice, comfortable and clean, but the coffee-maker is an old and outdated, individual serving size - NOT a Keurig style which I would expect at a hotel like Courtyard by Marriott. I was going to make a cup there, but the water from the tap was cloudy and gross - NOT something I wanted to drink! The staff at check-in and also at check-out were very nice and professional. There was also a party going on in a room off of the lobby with some horrible rap "music" blaring out so we requested a quiet room on a floor far from that, and the front desk clerk was very helpful with that. Unfortunately, there was no complimentary continental breakfast offered (not even complimentary coffee!), only an overpriced Starbucks counter. We travel quite a bit, and have come to expect and appreciate hotels that offer the complimentary continental breakfast. The Courtyard will not be our first choice of hotel.

  A really nice Courtyard

  We enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard in KIngwood. Our room was really nice and comfortable. The price was very competitive for the area. A location that offered many of choices for restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful with all our requests.
