  Excelente hotel

  Conseguimos por internet un excelente precio un mes antes. El hotel es nuevo, las habitaciones son muy amplias y muy cómodas, el baño también es muy amplio. La recepción y amenidades muy modernas. Es excelente opción para familias o bien en plan de negocios.

  Policy!!!!

  I have been a fan of the marriot ever since i was a kid . Been with my family a lot of times. recently visited this location for the first time . the saff was insanly rude. also they dont know the rules for their own franchise . they did not want to check me in because i was 19 years old . they forced me to have one of my friends have the room in her name!! i have visited 7 locations around the U.S in which this never came up. it was humiliating. If i did not have to i would have went somewhere else , but i was forced to stay because i had to do some important stuff that day. I will no longer be a guest of the marriot hotels ever again. My dad has constantly stayed at the marriot ever since he was 20 around the hole world!! if i did not have my friend with me , it would have been a disaster. also, they should have educated people at the lobby that knows what they are doing . Horrible location. Thanks marriot for treating your guests like that .

  I loved this hotel. The elevator talked, staff were nice. The only thing I did not like was the room was to open. It is fine no offense. It is just that it was to open. You dont have to make changes it is fine

  Disappointing trip! Weve been staying at Marriott for all our trips and finally were gold members. As we checked in on the apps it stated were eligible for upgrade but when we got to the hotel, staff told us its only for elite members. She has a room but since were not elite she cant upgrade us. After getting our non-upgrade room we called Marriott customer service who was not helpful either. They called the hotel and the same staff who told us were not eligible told the customer service they dont have a room available for upgrade. I smelled a liar! The staff was not friendly at this location. Majority of the time there was no one at the front desk to help you. The phone rings constantly and no one has the sense of urgency to pick it up. The only good thing about this hotel its a walking a distance from the mall and other restaurants. However, there are other hotels nearby that is walking distance to the mall and restaurants and offer free breakfast. Must seek a new place to stay when in Katy.

  Just to be clear the hotel was fine. However, the assistant general manager on duty, a baldheaded guy, was about the worst rudest Marriott employee I have ever encountered. All the groomsmen and bridesmaids made the reservations including ours at exactly the same time. All confirmed. Upon arrival the AGM idiot claimed 3 reservations were canceled. We had confirmation numbers. Then he magically found them. Since he messed up the best he could do was put them across the street in a different hotel. And the best he could do was offer them two free drinks for his total mess up. I approached him about comping their rooms at minimum. He then told me absolutely he would not comp anything. He was also belligerent with me at this point. He also told me he would kick me out of his hotel if I didnt back off. At which point I simply told he he sucks at his job. I had 150 guest staying there because i have always had great service at Marriott owned properties. To the bald AGM, your staff says you suck at your job also. To Marriott, get rid of this AGM You lost a loyal customer. Mark Bradford
