  Great Customer Service

  Rooms are sparkling clean..Staff is very professional and accommodating. Feels like family because the know your name. Omar make this place with his 1st hand service. The Girl from Scotland - Grogan (i think) was very god jumping around to enusre everyone is hapy.

  Excellent

  I love this hotel! Its super clean, quite, modern and right off i10 between Houston & Katy! Definitely recommend this hotel. The staff gets you taken care of without a lot of trouble & parking is about as convenient as one could possibly hope.

  Bed way too high, drawers and things too low

  This hotel seems pretty nice and its very clean, but I have a very specific complaint. I got a handicapped room here to recover from surgery because my apartment is upstairs and doesnt have an elevator. The room is nice enough but the bed is really high from the ground making it painful to get in and out of for me. I am not handicapped and cant speak for that community but as I am somewhat handicapped for the next few days I wonder if lower beds would helpful to handicapped people as well. I doubt this hotel or almost any other considers this. I also noticed the drawers and toilet paper are too low for me to bend thats probably because may guests use wheelchairs so they makes sense

  Michael and Omar front desk team.

  I had to come in late due to bad weather and traffic , luckily Michael K. and Omar they welcomed me in and treated me with the upmost respect. I was very tired from travels and inquired about coffee, they fulfilled my request for the that as well as helped me with my luggage. The room was above and beyond the expectations I was expecting, extremely clean and comforting. The service was above what I was expecting with such short notice especially considering the pandemic. Michael K. was helpful with getting my luggage to my room. I am very satisfied with the service I was given.

  Excellent

  Beautiful place. Top notch from the checkin, lobby, the clean bright large room, coffee maker in room and very comfortable bed. There isnt much in the way of eating establishments within walking distance, but more than one could count within a short drive. We did try a Mexican restaurant in a strip mall area about 1/2 mile away and it was excellent. I absolutely would stay here again.
