  Good location

  The hotel overall was nice. Our room was clean and I appreciated the sticker on the door upon arrival showing it was cleaned and no one else entered. Can't be too safe during covid. Staff was friendly enough at the front desk. The pool was small and not very clean which was a little heartbreaking for my child but it is what it is. We went down for breakfast to the Bistro - and we were greated by a not very friendly worker. There was no flexibility on sandwiches and a very small menu. For 1 sandwhich and a bowl of cereal our bill was over $20.

  renfest trip

  the hotel is a good location, it is very clean and all the staff are very nice and friendly, this was the quietest room that i have ever been in at any hotel before, the bistro had a selection of food items and plenty of choices in the beer, wine, and liquor. they also have a nice outdoor patio area, we really enjoyed our stay here, and when i say the rooms we quiet, there was a soccer tournament that weekend and the hotel was full of soccer teams, and we never heard a single sound while in our room from any kid, i belive that impressed me the most. we will definitely be back again.

  Best Courtyard yet!

  Were Titanium Marriott members so we stay exclusively at Marriott and have tried lots of Courtyards. Hershey location is Newly renovated and they got rid of the closet behind the sink...hated that! Big bathroom with large counter and huge shower. Refrig and microwave tucked in to a closet in the corner...very clever. Beds comfortable with nice linens. Public areas are generous. Didnt see the workout room. TV could be bigger but thats not a big deal. Very reasonable rate. Five minutes or less from Hershey park. Very nice!

  Perfect Girls Getaway

  We stayed at this hotel for a girls getaway and it was the perfect place! Everything with extremely clean, the rooms large, the toiletries wonderful and the bedding comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk,named Mike, provided exceptional customer service during our stay! Conveniently located close to all downtown Hershey attractions.

  Best hotel stay we have had in Hershey!

  We have had to stay in different hotels in Hershey to be close to Hershey Medical Center for the last 2 years. This is the first time we stayed at this particular hotel. It is by far the best one we have stayed in. From check in to check out it was a positive experience. The staff are top notch, they do their job well. They are considerate, and you can see they care about their job and want to do what they can to make guests comfortable. Mike was one of these employees and I'm sorry I didnt get the other female employee's name. Our room was on the third floor, near the elevator by our request and noise was not an issue at all. The room was clean, decorated nicely and comfortable. The room looked out at tall pine trees and a golf course so it was quiet. Also the hotel is very close to activities and great restaurants. Although some of the amenities (The Bistro) are not available or limited because of covid (as with all hotels at this time) I am sure they would not be disappointing. So thank you Courtyard Marriott. These are difficult times. We appreciate your hospitality.
