  Great time staying here

  Had a wedding to attend in late September and this is where the accommodations were. It was easy to find. the Front Desk Staff were great, the women running the bar and grill area on Thursday Sept 26, was exceptional. The women the next morning at the Coffee bar was not as nice. The room was clean, the place was quiet, the bed was beyond comfortable. would definitely stay here again. the prices were very reasonable.

  great relaxing stay

  We needed three rooms at the last minute to attend a family funeral. I called the Courtyard in Manchester and Chrissy got us squared away efficiently and with great customer service during a stressful time. She even helped us get checked in early when our only flight option meant we arrived around 11:30 am. The room had everything we needed and it was a very comfortable stay. It's rare to get such fantastic service these days, so I wanted to take a moment to share this great experience.

  Clean room reasonable rate set in the heart of town Across the way was a HUGE shopping area with restaurants a mall and shops. A mile from downtown Manchester and old world charm There were some local eateries away from corporate America restaurants To recap great place to stay near anything you may need

  Jacuzzi suite

  First , Id like to say what a fantastic job all of the employees did to secure our safety during the pandemic, they take extra time to disinfect the rooms and loved the way they handled how many are allowed in the pool area. The jacuzzi room was amazing, it was one of the cleanest Ive ever stayed in and the bed was very comfortable. Im definitely staying here again

  Overall a good experience, nothing above and beyond. I thought the help desk personnel could be more personable by providing solutions rather than be saying we cant do this or that. I personally do not like the layout of the rooms and I was place in disabled persons room which was a lot inconvenient because I had a five year who was holding on to the rails and being distracted. They rails were in the way in the bathroom. I dont know if this placement had some other meaning as no one in the group was disabled. On the other hand the space worked. My other room was with the queen bed was tight on space. The space was clean. The place needs to be renovated as well.
