  Outstanding in Every Way

  We stayed twice this month. After a long drive, this hotel was a delight. Staff and room were outstanding. The hotel requires masks in public and have hand sanitizer everywhere. Given the pandemic and the fear of travel, this hotel is a breath of fresh air.

  Helpful and Friendly Staff!

  Had an issue with another Marriott Property and I was bumped over to Courtyard. I was extremely frustrated with the situation, but here at the Courtyard, KOSHI was excellent in dealing with my frustration and made sure everything was taken care of. The rest of the staff was great too, and I enjoyed a quiet evening and got a great nights sleep! With all going on with Covid they went above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed!

  Great stay during Covid

  We had such a relaxing stay during Covid. The man working the front desk could not have been nicer, and our room was spotless and very comfortable. The door was taped so that we knew our entry was sanitized, and even though I brought Clorox wipes and my own pillow, I felt that everything was actually super clean. We ordered out pizza, and were lucky enough to find a pizza delivery that even had keto (cauliflower crust). We offered to buy the staff pizza, but the gentleman Tim?? At the front desk declined saying he was the only one working, and had already eaten, but was so nice about everything. It was a very relaxing stay. Thank you!

  No breakfast, poor front desk employee

  With covid most if not all hotels have stopped their breakfasts. This place has limited as well ALTHOUGH my review is based purely on the breakfast experience since the high ratings others have left for the overall hotel are in line with how I'd review it BUT the breakfast experience today ruined this rating for this hotel. When I checked in I was told complimentary breakfast was served 6:30 to 10am and told me it was behind me at 'cafe' area. This morning we arrive to the cafe at 8:30am. There is no food, no customers, no coffee, nothing. I ask girl at desk, Are you serving breakfast? She says we have a limited selection. We have coffee, breakfast sandwiches, fruit and yogurt. I said where? She says over there and points to cooler which has the fruit cups. So we are confused and walk toward the stools where the cafe is thinking someone is working behind counter. There is nobody. I look back and say do we help ourselves or? She starts walking toward the cafe. I ask is there orange juice, she says I dont know and looks around acting like she has no clue where food is. I dont see or smell coffee and see no food. She dabbles with some plastic cups when I realize this is NOT breakfast and we were NOT welcomed so I said nevermind and we left and found a diner. Such a poor experience here.

  I had to leave....

  I arrived to check in a few minutes before 3PM even though in my pre-check in I had indicated a check in of around 2PM. When I got there, the person at the reception desk was helping another guest who had been sent to the wrong room and her key didn't work. I waited patiently and the receptionist was clearly flustered by her previous interaction with the guest ahead of me. I have status (which was not acknowledged) and had booked a suite so I could be comfortable. The receptionist mumbled something about not knowing if the room was ready, so she went into the system to check and said it was. She handed me the key and sent me on my way... to a room that was totally NOT ready and hadn't even begun to be cleaned. When I came down to the lobby, the receptionist (I think she was the only person working at all) was frazzled trying to help another guest. So I decided to just check out since I could be halfway home by the time someone assisted me and either reassigned me a room or cleaned the one they had sent me to, nor did I want to be hanging out a hotel lobby for any amount of time in the middle of a pandemic!
