  Buen Courtyard

  Estuvimos aquí en octubre de 2017. Es un Courtyard con todo lo que ello conlleva: habitaciones amplias y limpias, piscina pequeña, pero agradable de usar y atención muy buena. En cuanto al precio, es un poco alto teniendo en cuenta donde se encuentra. En los alrededores tienes varios restaurantes y algunos centros comerciales.

  Superb service!

  Great hotel in an incredibly convenient location if you have a car for visiting UMass, Amherst, etc. Staff are incredibly friendly and were incredibly accommodating as we dealt with snowstorms, crazy schedules, appointments, etc. they even clean off your car in a snowstorm! Rooms are well sized and comfortable

  Great stopover for wedding weekend

  We arrived Thursday for a Saturday wedding event. We were pleased with the large room but I didn't care for the hard traditional mattress after using memory foam for many years. Staff including housekeeping were great and always had a smile. The Saturday breakfast was nice and permitted great flexibility with the wedding party getting hair and makeup done too. The parking lot was nice and we usually parked pretty close to the front entrance. Our room actually overlooked a marshy scene which I am sure is always changing in the seasons. The room cleanliness was top notch as was the fitment. The rooms were quiet too. We were on the third floor. The ice machine worked well too and the elevators were fast. Being there for 4 days we were pleased to see decent luggage carts for move in-out. The Starbucks coffee bar was also a nice touch. The weekend breakfast cost was fairly priced and keeps the hotel rates down for those who do not partake. The short order chef was also ready to cook your custom omelette or such too. Nice breakfast spread and even this gluten free eater was very satisfied.

  Overnight Stay

  Great with Covid protocols. Clean room. Staff very descriptive on policies, process, what was opened there and what was not. Felt safe, secure and no concerns. Hotel did have patrons but at no time were there an aggregation of people.

  Good overnight stay

  Spent one night on business. Hotel had everything you need and close to everything in the valley of colleges. The rooms were recently renovated and are adequately supplied. The gym and pool fit all the needs. My only regret was that I arrived on a Sunday night and the bistro was closed for food. Perhaps not such a bad thing as I ended up venturing downtown for a great meal! The TV in the room didnt work. A quick call to the front desk and someone came up to fix it. He didnt actually fix the TV, but provided a work-around to get it to work. Stated that this happens a lot in the hotel?!?! I have mixed feelings about the CY breakfast....Starbucks is not always my first choice. Menu is OK and a bit pricey. I would rather catch a bite to eat at a nearby diner. All in all, not a bad option for the area...I will stay here again.
