  Hotel agradable en la uni

  La zona es divertida y llena de movimiento estudiantil, con bastantes cosas que hacer a distancia de paseo. Tambien significa que hay algo de ruido pero nada que impida dormir. El parking del hotel es pequeño y se puede usar el de enfrente pero suele estar muy lleno. El personal del hotel muy agradable y dispuesto a ayudar. Unico fallo, estuve varios dias sin vasos para el cafe en la habitacion. El desayuno empieza a las 6.30 así que no pude probarlo pues todos los dias salía antes de esa hora.

  TOTAL DISASTER!! PLEASE READ

  My stay here was one of the singular worst experiences I have ever had. 1. Masks were not enforced. I rode in the elevator with an employee with NO Mask. I didn't see him until I stepped on. Guests in the lobby had no masks. The ladies behind the desk had masks UNDER their CHINS! This is completely unacceptable. 2. There is no WIFI in that room. None. At first, I didn't upgrade the WIFI because I thought it would be like other normal hotels. NO service at all. I restarted my iPhones and iPad and I never received the prompt again. I had to go WORK in my car!! When I asked at the desk, they shrugged. LITERALLY. 3. The walls are as thin as paper. I could hear conversations from several rooms at once. I heard a marital dispute - it was awful. Then, around 11 PM- 1 am, one room began to have a VERY loud party. Loud banging, throwing (chairs?) around. They "howled" and screamed. I called the desk FOUR Times before the man finally came up to "check". I could not sleep, even with Bose Noise cancelation headphones. 4. The halls smelled of WEED. Literally. Like a college dorm. 5. I called to get an email to write to and none of the THREE I was given worked. I was at your hotel for 18 terrible hours. I would like my money returned.   Bad staff, Nice Hotel.

  Hotel isnt bad. Clean and updated. Melissa at front desk is about the rudest and most unprofessional person guest services could offer. She should not be representing the Marriott brand. She makes titanium members that spend almost $10k a year feel like absolute garbage. I had some issues with Miguel at the front desk earlier in the day but Miguel was atleast extremely friendly. Dealt with the same issue with nicole as well at the front desk who Im told is just a house keeper who was filling in but she as well was atleast friendly (not sure why a housekeeper is running the front desk). Not sure what kind of ship they are running here but people who spend 10k a year at Marriott should not be treated the way this hotel treats them. Checked in and was told no king rooms were available although the Marriott app showed every type of room available. After some arguments, a king room some how magically became available. 100+ nights a year for the past 5 years and this is my 1st bad review. Dont stay here if you want quality customer service. You will not get it.

  Tripple charged for (1) night!!!

  You tripple billed me and after explaining this over and over you still credited me the wrong invoice! I slept in MY OWN BED MONDAY AND WILL NOT BE FORCED TO PAY FOR THE PRIVILEGE! Credit my card immediately. I will keep climbing up the hierarchy until this is resolved.  After (3) calls requesting a manager to call me still nobody thinks it's important enough to return my calls! Melisa I believe her name is! They are too inept to properly credit my card! THEY OWE ME MONEY!

  Overall good

  Stayed for a wedding nearby. Super thin walls, could hear conversations as you walk down the hall and in your rooms. Busy hotel with a lot of people. Have to take your own trash and linen down while you were there. Location is good and close to restaurants. TV was a little small for the room but no big deal.
