  Price change what they told me.

  I stayed at this hotel just one night. When we get to the hotel the front desk told me that it was $209.00 x night. They never show me the reservations or anything like that. I'm seeing the invoice now and they charge me $309.00. I'm calling the manager now and he told me that he heard the conversations about me saying $209.00 and the front desk saying $309. He never told me its $309.00. So I'm very disappointed with the front desk of this hotel, because my wife and I we both heard that it was $209 and because they never show you a document that show the price. There is something that doesn't sound right.

  Horrible Experience. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS !

  We are Marriott Titanium Members and MVC club members. This is by far the most horrendous experience we have ever had in ANY hotel anywhere. The staff is nowhere to be found. Housekeeping doesnt answer the phone and always hide behind the misguided COVID Policy. Our Room cannot and will not be cleaned. We, as paying guests, close to 400 dollars a night dont have even toilet paper. We have to clean our own bathroom and whenever we finally find any staff to interact with, they are very rude and seem to be annoyed to be working. Please do yourself a BIG FAVOR and DO NOT stay in this property. The property is in a state of abandonment and I am sure the people working here could care less about their guests, or even their jobs for that matter. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS !

  Really great location

  The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The front desk service was great, and the Bistro was really nice. Quick walk to the main street for shopping and touristy things. Only downfall to the trip was that the fireplace was out of order during our stay. With the snowfall, that would have been a very nice experience.

  There is a virus out there...right?

  I know that most people are tired of mask and the quarantine however, staying at a property that has the signs up to wear mask but wont enforce it, is unnerving. Its so bad and even the staff wears their mask on their chins. They tell you that there wont be room service because of the virus but that is the only thing that is enforced. This morning I watched the staff member at the breakfast counter lick her fingers to count money. She went right back to handling coffee drinks without washing or using hand sanitizer. Thats disgusting even if there wasnt a deadly virus out there. If it werent for these things and you dont care about safety measures, its clean and up to date.

  Right On The Main Strip, Great View

  We did a Smokey Mountains trip, 1 adult, a teen and 2 school aged kids. I have mobility issues and cant walk for very long so we needed a hotel very close to the action. This Marriott Courtyard is right at the end of the main strip, so you can walk just down the street and be walking right onto Parkway where all of the shops, restaurants and attractions are. The hotel parking lot is right in front of the entrance with handicap spots just a few feet from the door. Our room was beautiful, clean and spacious. There was a microwave and refrigerator, closet. Bathroom was large and the kids loved the view of the Space Needle and sky bridge from our room - 310. Theres a bistro with Starbucks coffee (but not full Starbucks menu). One of the more popular pancake houses is right next door. I found out after our stay that you can also rent a mobility scooter in advance from a local company (Bear Stop?) close by and theyll deliver it to the hotel for you. We also had pizza delivered from close by Luigis around 10pm. This was a great stay and wed choose this hotel again!
