  Room OK but not service.

  Many may not believe this to be a big deal but my privacy is important to me. After a one night stay which was fine, I requested my email be removed from their system so I did not continue to receive junk / promotional or other email. I was told by the person checking me out it was removed. Less then 24 hours later I receive a thank you email. I'm curious if I now get another email apologizing for the issue.

  Hidden Fee

  Expect more from Marriott. I checked in on my app, so curious why i was required to recheck my ID and credit card from scratch upon arrival. It was so they could ambush me with an undisclosed $7 parking fee. Come on guys, you are not the Four Seasons Manhattan, this is suburbia Fort Worth. Then to be greeted by a broken smelly fridge in my room.

  We left in the middle of the night didnt even sleep in the beds

  Horrible. I travel 2-3 nights a week for years Im used to a certain quality of Courtyard. I realize none are great compared to JW Marriotts or AC etc but you expect a certain something. Not here. Very old, unclean , desk staff was rude. Took about 20 min to check in? No idea why he was on the keyboard forever. Room was dingy , hot, AC didnt work complained no one fixed it . Went and got drinks at the bar . Bartender was 19 she said she had never drank and didnt really know how to make them . She messed up an old fashioned and margarita . Went to dinner came home still no AC no one was at front desk at 11 we just packed up and went to another hotel. Seriously considering switching to Hilton had same problem at boston courtyard two weeks ago. So tired of poor service and quality businesses just dont care anymore

  Warm friendly staff, clean, great meal choices.

  We had a four day leisure trip to Fort Worth Fossil Creek where we enjoyed the fitness center, business center and the Bistro/Bar (.great breakfast choices) Another nice amenity was the body wash , shampoo and conditioner pump bottles in the shower..I would definitely stay here again.

  Only stay here as a last resort

  Stayed here due to massive power outages during a frigid cold snow storm. Asked what they were doing about breakfast which they used to offer. The guy replied the company is still trying to figure that out. Really? Its been a year. They didnt even offer coffee. I personally witnessed them turn two different people away because their system was down. These were people with paid reservations. They could have offered to let them at least shelter in the large unused breakfast area. They could have offered them a cup of coffee. But what did they do? They told them sorry, I cant help you and they sent them back into 7 degree weather. I hope they get sued
