  Group Business Stay During the Pandemic

  Our group of 6 rooms had a great 2 1/2 week stay at this propety. Amid these trying times, their property held it together and kept the rooms and overall grounds prestine. The staff were very accommodating also, I would definetly stay here again on business and/or leisure. I'd like to especially thank their Sales Manager Jillian Gacke, she went above and beyond for our group.

  Relaxing stay!

  I chose this hotel specifically for the pool and it did not disappoint. We were looking for a place for a relaxing stay before arriving at our final destination, and I probably looked at every hotel pool picture for Ft. Worth. This pool was definitely a cut above and had the feel of a resort pool. What is hard to see from the picture is that there is a lower level with a 1.5 wading pool, perfect for the little ones. Gate was broken and sign had fallen off directing us to a different gate, so someone on the inside had to let us in. As for the rest of the hotel, stronger virus restrictions had just been put in place so there was no f & b offered. Also, no ice in the ice machines. There is a small market by the front desk offering typical convenience store items at a premium price. Thankfully, there are a few restaurants within walking distance and many more within a very short drive. The room was fine, beds were comfortable. Some routine maintenance issues that needed attending to like the toilet paper holder being broken. There is a mini, mini fridge hidden away in a wardrobe type closet. It was so small, I had to remove the shelf in order to put my drink inside. The employees we encountered were not particularly friendly, but not rude. We would stay hear again for the location and especially the pool.

  Wont be back!!!

  Called ahead to book the room locally to make sure the room was clean had a king size bed and bathtub because my wife was taking treatments and wanted to make sure everything was right and that she would have a nice clean cool place to rest between treatments. Arrived to find the room hot and the TV not working and was told that we had to stay out of the room for three hours while someone came to fix the television when my wife needed to be there to rest before her treatment. Turned down the air conditioner thermostat to as low as it would go at 69 and upon returning the room was still at 76°. We slept uncovered and when I woke up at 3:30 AM discovered the room was still at 76° so neither of us got much sleep. There were only three towels and one hand towel and three washcloths and a small roll of toilet tissue and box of tissue with two or three left in the box which were blue and later found out that meant that was the end of the box. Had to ask for an ice bucket and there were no coffee anywhere in the room or the hotel and no breakfast and staff were less than courteous and upon leaving described our stay and was fully expecting a refund because of the bad room and experience and got nothing but a bad attitude in return . We previously stayed there when my son was training for his Airline career and had experienced similar issues but had decided to stay there because it was close to where my wife was having her treatments. Previously found cockroaches in the ice machines and multiple times had to change rooms because they had been smoked in and or smelled bad or were just dirty. The previous week we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Alliance up the street and had a wonderful experience as well as the week prior we stayed at multiple Hilton Garden Inns on the trip to Cherryville North Carolina to visit my son and experienced excellent courteous employees and nice clean rooms and were very happy. In the future we will always find a Hilton Garden Inn and will let everyone know about our awful Experience with Marriott and will not ever give them an opportunity to earn our business ever again. We always received two bottles of free water every time we came back to the Hilton Garden Inn when I asked for water at the Marriott I was told that I would be charged for it. Not one time did anyone inquire about how my wife was feeling although they were told that she was there taking treatments and did not feel well. In addition the room rate at the Hilton Garden Inn was $15 less per night than the Marriott courtyard . Wont be back.!!!

  Excellent Flight Crew Hotel!

  Our airline just switched crew hotels, now staying at the Courtyard. Very nice place. Contemporary designed, clean, fresh rooms and a super comfy love seat. The front desk staff are all friendly. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Looking forward to returning next week.

  No water, showers, or toilets

  I stayed here during a power outage at my house during a sever winter storm to protect my young child from hypothermia. When I called to see if there were rooms available I explained the situation and they said there were no rooms available. I then immediately went on Travelocity and magically there was a room available. So I booked it. Only to find out that the showers and toilets are not working due to no water. We stayed anyway because we needed heat. The water issue was likely due to the weather so I normally wouldnt ding them for this. However, they still charged us for bottles of drinking water!! Plus the cafe was closed which means no breakfast. They. Luke have gone across the street to the grocery store to get supplies like bottled water but they chose not too. They just said they were thinking about it. Is this Motel 6?? $150 for a room with no water and horrible service. On the bright side I found a single microwave in the lobby. There was a line to use it but at least we were able to go to the only grocery store and get a frozen dinner to heat up. Would not recommend staying here. Also, the rooms dont have tubs even if there was water and no hot tub on site.
