  Acomodación perfecta

  En el año 2013 pasé varios meses en este Hotel; todo estuvo perfecto, la atención, las instalaciones; pero sobre todo la amabilidad y cortesía de todo el personal. Estuve en un room con dos habitaciones, dos baños, sala, comedor y una cocina totalmente equipada!. Lugar perfecto para cortas o largas estadías

  Great Staff, beware the pull out couch!

  When we arrived to our room, which was booked for 5 people, there was one king bed and a pull out couch that could definitely not fit two people on. Our kids are 10, 7 and 6 and I wouldnt but the little two on it. When I mentioned this to the front desk they were awesome and moved us to a room with two queen beds and a couch. In the move we lost a shoe and a set of headphones. Again, the staff were great and found them asap for us. The food was good for breakfast and the staff very kind to our kids. Overall, a very nice place but dont plan to use the sofa bed for more than one person.

  Excellent location

  I am very happy every time I stay at this location. I travel a lot for work and I always have a comfortable stay at this property. Amy Teeples the Op. Mgr. goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable. I am always greeted with a warm smile from Amy as she makes you feel very welcomed. Samijhana Pudasaini the Asst. Gen. Mgr. works very hard to make sure your requests are honored. Sam also greets you as if your a long lost family member when checking in. Sam and the entire staff are extremely friendly and professional. The rooms are always very clean which reflects the hard working housekeeping staff. I recommend this property as you will not be disappointed.

  Peaceful and Pleasant

  Fantastic.. My stay at this property was for a business trip. If I had a better memory, I would be glad to mention all of the staff by name because each one of them deserves to be mentioned. Yet, I do not have the best memory, but I would like to say that Everyone at this property were amazing staff members performing their services above expectations. Thank you so much to all because I know I can be more selective than others. The property is maintained very well and the rooms are comfortable and quiet. This is an ideal hotel for a business traveler.

  Good Location & Service

  We arrived at the hotel late in the evening after a day of traveling. The young woman at the front desk was not particularly friendly and when we asked for a double bed, she quite briskly said no. She gave us a room on the first floor. That night we could barely sleep. Our room was a door away from a backway exit from the hotel. At all hours of the night, people were walking by, speaking loudly, laughing uncontrollably and banging doors continuously. It is not a hotels fault that so many people are inconsiderate of others, but in the morning we were exhausted. I went to the front desk, and there was a different young lady there who in the most professional and courteous manner changed our room to the third floor. We had absolutely excellent remainder of our stay. I have to say that she has been most helpful throughout our stay, helping us with replenishing supplies and providing excellent serviceI wish I asked her for her name so I could praise her in a more personal manner. There are a few restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The highway is conveniently close. Great location. Overall very good stay.
