  Very clean accommodations and friendly staff

  Reva and Misty provide awesome service at the hotel. The front desk staff are very courteous and professional. Hotel is in close proximity of restaurants and shopping. The room rates are very reasonable.

  Ok when is not busy

  I stayed for a business trip at this hotel and is a standard courtyard nothing special. The housecleaning come to your room basically to make the bed and change towels. I noticed that and i tested that leaving some shampoo bottles in the bathtub floor and a wet towel there as well. It stayed there for 3 days, everyday i was coming back everything was there. I dont mind because was just me in there, but that make me wonder if they really clean and disinfect the room before e next guest comes in. Also the restaurant is not ready for a busy weekend they have one person taking your order as preparing food at same time . If you need breakfast( i a busy day) come prepared to stay at least 30 minutes in line before you order and other 30 minutes until get your food Another thing that got me was that even you having status they didnt give me late checkout I was supposed to checkout 2 days later and decided to leave early, but the front desk told me i cant have late checkout. Anyways overall the staff was very friendly and the hotel is ok.

  Would never stay again

  My daughter and I were there for a cheer competition so there were a number of fellow families here. Sunday morning I went to take a shower and there was no hot water. Heard there was no hot water in the whole place. About an hour later there was hot water. There was supposed to be a breakfast for the cheer girls and families. It was to last until 9:30 Sunday morning. We went down about 9 and there was nothing left in the warmers. We waited a few minutes to see if anyone would come and replace the items but they never did. The bathroom floor was sticky and looked dirty. Was very disappointed all around. However, the staff was polite.

  Superb receptionist and nice treat

  This is one of my most lovely stays recently ; kind and professional receptionist along a nice treat with a lake facing suit and a clean well kept and well maintained room. There is no free breakfast though but a free water bottle was kindly served upon request Titanium member

  Beautiful hotel

  Beautiful hotel, sits on a lovely lagoon to overlook from the hotel. Personnel(front desk,house keeping) was friendly and helpful. Christina the front desk lady was so sweet and funny. Easy check in and check out. Great experience!
