  Good stay

  It was a good choice of hotel nice staff pleasant clean room. For parking you have to go up to the front of the hotel and get a swipe card to get in to the car park garage which on the left of the main entrance. It's only a five minute walk to the shops. There is free wifi but it's not secure which for such a nice hotel isn't good however they do have a business centre with 2 computers.

  Nicest staff ever

  I have stayed here on and off for the past 2 years for a total of at least 100 nights+ The staff ( Kim, Alexis , Nayelli) are the nicest and most conscience hotel staff I have met ... never a bad attitude always smiling and helpful ... the rooms are always clean and the hotel is always kept extremely well. Great place to stay !!!!!

  Courtyard Bistro Team Rocks!!

  Im a frequent guest at the El Paso I10 East Courtyard Marriott and the Bistro Team here is truly awesome!! The evening crew of Kim and Alexis consistently provide incredible service for me, my coworkers and all the guests and visitors at the Bistro. Ive tried about everything on the menu and all items are delicious and made with care. The morning team of Lupe, Megan and Erica also rock with perfect eggs, omelettes and avocado toast. No reason to look for another place to stay!!

  This hotel is great! Bartenders are amazing and kind. Front desk is also great! They shuttle you anywhere within a 4 mile radius and pick you up as well! Convenient and friendly all around. Hotel rooms are nice and updated with a comfortable atmosphere

  Not sure what happened this time...

  This is my second stay at this hotel for over a week, and Im not sure what to think. With COVID-19 I expected service to emphasize cleanliness but instead, a few times found trash that was clearly overnight in public spaces (lobby/tv room, fire pit outside). We had blocked six rooms for two weeks and two of those rooms never saw housekeeping, although requested more than once. Our laundry arrived late and wasnt even in the room by 10 PM (we had to pick it up at the lobby) and to boot this water bubble popped out of the ceiling of my room just before checking out. My first time at this hotel was great, but this? Definitely not what I expect from a Marriott property.
