  Second Mile Service In Action!

  Tammy, a multi-role employee who seems to be everywhere, practically doing everything, exhibits such vibrant passion for excellence and warm professionalism in all she does that she consistently exceeds expectations I have of an already great hotel chain! She is truly a benchmark-able employee that could write a book on second mile service! Because she cares so much about serving others, she does it incredibly confidently and authentically! The facilities were all exceptionally clean and up to date... wonderful place to stay within easy walking distance of shopping and good restaurants.

  Consistent Quality

  We have stayed at this property twice in the past two years. It is a great value and in a good location. It is convenient to shopping and restaurants that are within walking distance. The availability of one-bedroom king suites with en suite bathroom are perfect for our family. The hotel and the rooms are always clean. The lobby is your typical Courtyard lobby with lots of common spaces for people to relax. I usually don't use the computers in the lobby as they are unreliable, but having to print tickets for the Iowa Wild games that weekend I needed to use the printer. I was thankful that the printer, at least one of the two anyway, was working. There is plenty of free parking on all sides of the building. The hotel is located close to I-35, I-235, and I-80.

  Everything about this hotel is spectacular

  I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and I have no complaints whatsoever. From the moment you enter the property, everything is fresh and beautiful. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Very friendly and patient front desk personnel, lovely ambiance, absolutely well designed and comfortable rooms, upscale location-Jordan Creek.. and so much. Great job Marriot West Des Moines/ Jordan Creek.

  VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

  We stayed here part of this past weekend with our grandkids. I called 2 days before coming to make sure the pool was open and just got a simple yes- no other explanation of pool rules. We check in and they tell me we need to sign up for 1 hour of pool time a day. 1 HOUR with a 2,5 and 6 year old - REALLY!!! And why didnt you tell me that when I called They allowed 6 people in pool at a time-RIDICULOUS!!!! If people are that worried about Covid stay home. Also the breakfast SUCKED!!! What child eats a banana nut muffin. At least put some cereal out. Needless to say whoever was working was very rude and we left that Saturday to find a different motel and did not get refunded. I highly recommend the Hyatt place right across the parking lot. The pool is bigger. The pool is much warmer. And they let you swim whenever you please. For breakfast we got cereal, fruit, scrambled eggs and sausage in a individual serving container, and much friendlier!!!!!
