  Best rate and availability for the area

  The pics of the courtyard and surrounding areas make this property look a bit more up to date than it really is. But, for the rate and location along with availability for a big group, we couldn't beat it. The staff were nice and very helpful. Breakfast area during the week is a little slammed - so if you just want a cup of coffee - plan to wait a bit. 4 stars because for our senior family members, the elevators are located only in the far corners of the hotel. There were too many steps or stairs needed to get to them, which was a real problem for them.

  Great location, Terrific Value

  Stayed at Courtyard Denver Tech Center on a visit to CO. Hotel is in a great location on the south side of Denver, with lots of shopping and restaurants surrounding it. We basically paid <$70 per night for our weekend stay including tax/fees, which was surprising low for a clean, quiet hotel that provides a bar and hot breakfast. Staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Only odd thing was a $5 parking charge for all guest cars - just a big, wide open parking lot that doesnt seem to attract folks who arent staying at the hotel.

  Good Value

  This is one of the best rates for a Marriott property in the area. The property is updated and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool water was too cold for me a hot tub would have been nice. Although my youngest son did enjoy the pool. The bed mattresses where not as comfortable has what I am used to when staying at a Marriott property. But overall the location is good and the nightly rate was a good value overall.

  Clean, comfortable, but disappointing

  I found the room layout bizarre. It looked like the furniture was randomly placed, without attention to functionality. The bathroom light was way too bright. Had to pay for parking (ridiculous at a property like this!), and there was no complimentary breakfast. I was really only there to crash for the night, but even then I found this property to be disappointing.

  comfortable bed, mold in the shower

  The room was clean, except for the bathroom. The caddie holding the three bottles of products had mold around on the wall and grout. The ceiling had mold and stains above the shower area. Mold was still on the walls and ceiling even after pointing the mold out. Went for a walk and had to move to the road, the side walk just outside the lobby door was competely covered with weeks worth of faeces. These 2 items would never be allowed at my home. And yes I have owned dogs!
