  Great Hotel in quiet, small town

  Hotel was clean, quiet and close by to wedding location just outside of town. Close to good restaurants too. WiFi worked well and room was easily accessible. Booked a suite and it was large and well appointed. Bathroom was a bit small, but Courtyard standard size. All in all, we will visit again.

  Will not stay here again!

  First Id like to say that I have stayed at this hotel many times before while visiting family in the area and until this trip I had always had a good stay. This time was different. Roof front desk receptionist upon check in who acted as if she couldnt be bothered to help me. Moldy shower curtain. And a vape pen in the floor of our room. (Those last two items we didnt notice until it was late and we were too tired to ask to be moved.) I really had my doubts as to how clean the place was. I had brought my own Clorox wipes - because COVID- so I wiped down every surface myself. I wouldnt have felt safe staying there otherwise. The beds are insanely comfortable, the room is a good size, and its got a great location. However I cant excuse a dirty room. Next time Ill pay an extra $15 and stay across town by the river bridge. At least I can choose my room on their app - and the seal the rooms once theyve been cleaned.

  Great Hotel, Customer Service SubPar

  Let me start by saying Ive stayed at this hotel many many times. Never had a complaint nor a problem until today. Check In was horrible The Receptionist was short and cold. Not the warm and friendly welcome Ive grown accustomed to. She kept tapping her papers on table to emphasize her words. I see there are other bad customer service reviews this month. Could it be the same receptionist?

  Just OK

  First and foremost, the staff was courteous and helpful. Several things aren't back to normal like a VERY limited breakfast and the fitness room still closed. Room was clean and updated in the last few years. The second night, my keys quit working and the staff didn't have the ability to make new keys. They had to let me back into my room whenever I decided to leave, definitely not convenient. If everything was running smooth and fitness room open, I would've bumped it up a star.

  Decent stay in Decatur

  It was nothing bad or nothing great, kind of like Goldie Locks it was in the middle. The room was quiet and clean. The reception was friendly. There are a few restaurants nearby to get a decent meal within walking distance. And the internet was really fast.
