  Friendly Staff, Convenient Location

  Very friendly staff, nice comfortable lobby. Room are typical Courtyard Marriott with comfortable bed and linens. Room was clean and well stocked. If you're arriving after dark, sign by street is small and not as well lit as it should be. However, building is very visible so you should be able to find the driveway. Convenient access to/from I-75. I would definitely stay here again. Across road from stadium and close to downtown.

  Large Rooms, Poor Food Service

  Overall, the stay was fine. The rooms were large and acceptable (nothing special). However, their Bistro Bar had the worst service. Almost every time I went the cashier was hanging out in the kitchen and I had to wait forever just for them to take my order (I seriously waited 10+ minutes one night with only one person in front of me). On my last morning, their register was down and could only write down your room number to charge to the room. As a business traveler with a strict expense budget I could not charge to the room as I need an itemized receipt. No effort was made to do anything to fix it when I explained the issue. I will be staying at the Marriott a few blocks over from now on.

  Nice stay in Dayton

  The hotel is easily visible and accessible to the highway, and conveniently located to UD. There are lots of food options within 1-2 miles. The hotel is clean and well appointed. We arrived late and the staff was very accommodating and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this property and will stay again on our next visit to Dayton. Go Flyers!

  Best bartender ever

  My stay was a while back but I remember it so well because of the awesome bartender that served me while in town! Brian was so knowledgeable about bourbon, Im a huge bourbon drinker, and he was also very friendly! You typically dont get both but I did!! Thanks so much Brian for being great!! Ms. Black

  Felt like I stayed at Motel 6

  We paid the courtyard price to stay close to campus to visit my daughter at school. We went to get a bottle of water and snack in the hotel store, the only thing they had was a box of Advil packets, 4 mini bottles of red wine in broken box, 12 granola bars and maybe 10 bags of potato chips. Not a drink to be had. Saturday night the was pounding on the wall next door to our room, doors slamming in the hall, people partying all night and in the hallways reeking of Pot and cigarettes. I kept opening the door and asking them to stop, called the front desk twice. When I went to the front desk to get the bill corrected to the right card, the Man behind the counter said he hadn't done anything like this for 10 years so he didn't know if it was right, and that he went upstairs and waited for 5 mins which he timed on his phone and that it is a hotel and if they decide to party he cant help it. Again, something I would have expected in alternate places. We had to drive 6.5 hours after not sleeping with the teenagers partying and yelling all night.
