  Highly recommend

  This hotel is clean, quiet, updated and has a very friendly and helpful staff. Probably the best nights sleep Ive had away from home in a long time. Heads up...breakfast is not offered nor is the pool open due to Covid precautions.

  For a Marriott, this was average.

  I haven't stayed in Marriotts for a while, but really had higher expectations. The bedside tables were tiny - I could fit my phone, water bottle and eyeglasses on the table, but that was all there was room for including the room phone. The bathroom sink counter was small - it already had the kleenex box and an extra mirror on the small counter and I had to pile my items on top of each other. The tv was very small (see photo with kindle in photo for size comparison). The lights were very soothing but dim; not bright enough to read by or to work at the desk on my pc. I had a bug in my bathroom too - I don't know what kind but it was NOT a cockroach. On the plus side, it was easy to find and the bed and pillows and comforter were very good. I asked for a quiet room when I made my reservation. When I checked in, I tried to confirm with the front desk team if it was a quiet room. They didn't know. Luckily for me, it was a pretty quiet room until the air conditioner came on. Other than not knowing if the room was quiet, the front desk staff was helpful for other things I asked about. I am going to try a different hotel next time I stay in Dalton. I just expected better from a Courtyard....

  Disappointed

  The elevator was not working in the morning and when you are on the 3rd floor with luggage it was not very good. The internet never worked in our room. The noise level at night was very loud with traffic When we explained to the desk they were not very accomodating it was like they could not care less. They must have known the internet was not working as the girl checked us out on her phone not the computer. After walking down the stairs with our luggage you think they would have offered a cup of coffee! Nothing. Will not stay here again.

  Great

  Very Clean, easy highway access, reception and and staff were polite and friendly, found fair price couple weeks early with senior rate, bedding and mattress very comfortable. Driving though. We will stay here again.

  Another good stat as always. Friendly staff, clean and updated rooms in a very good location. There is so much around the hotel for food and shopping. The only thing I regret is that they took out the hot tub, it was nice to have after a long day of driving.
