  Wedding Anniversary

  Fantastic place to stay steps away from the venue. Soft beds, cold ac and convenient location to the place of our event! We would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel if you plan to vidit the citu of Plano, Texas.

  Gross...Just Gross

  Stayed here last night (10/26/19) Overall the Hotel is nice and looks great but all it took was for the sheets in the bed to be dirty and nasty to ruin it all. After a long day of wedding events I was ready to climb in bed and get some rest before a long drive home, pull the covers back and see what I can best describe as some very nasty, gross, dried blood mixed with who knows what(use your imagination). So I called down to the front desk and can you believe they tell me sorry we cant do anything about it BUT if you want to change to sheets yourself come get them..ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Needless to say I slept on top of covers and used my jacket to keep warm. Folks look elsewhere the housekeeping is not doing their job. Reporting this to Cooperate.

  BED BUGS

  *lengthy review* I stayed there with my family/friends in late July.we had a total of 4 rooms. The hotel itself was very nice. But we had the worst experience Ive ever had at any hotel in my life!!. While we were very excited to meet up with family in the area and We all got dressed and fancy up for a dinner outting. Had an amazing time in the Dallas area. To wake up to these disgusting little red bite marks ALL OVER OUR BODIES. I spoke to the manager via email about the issue to only be accused of getting hit by fire ants. FIRE ANTS!!! Theres NO WAY my family and I got bit by fire ants and DIDNT know. We were fine when we went to sleep and woke up covered in these Insanely itchy bites. When we got back home I was advised to wash everything we took into the room. I check our luggage with a flashlight Which there, I found a dead bed bug. A disgusting BED BUG!!! Ive never in my life seen one of these or even been bit by these. The manager at this property obviously didnt believe me and customer serve didnt seem to care either. They just said a claim was made. The property supposedly had someone check the room to find nothing I dont believe that at all. Theres no way we got bit by fire ants or anything else (all over our bodies) without knowing. It obviously happened in our sleep. Im furious with the dismissal of our situation. I was a Marriott employee at the time and I thought soo highly of my company and how great we took care of our customers. UNTIL this stay. I wouldnt recommend staying at this property to anyone. I find it absolutely unacceptable that whenever I woke to in the customer service center claimed WE were the ones that brought it with us. I have children at home and now have to pay an exterminator to make sure my home isnt infected. I cant imagine how many other people have had to deal with this and get the same response from there in-caring management.

  Great Staff, Great Hotel, Great Stay

  Donnell at the desk is awesome. I made an error when booking my reservation and she was able to get it all situated for me. Very welcoming and every time I passed by the desk she asked how I was doing, etc. She set the tone for a great stay. Room was clean and love the setup. Appreciated that there was still coffee offered downstairs by the desk even with everything going on. Will be back in the future!

  Enjoyable stay!

  We stayed at this hotel after a sister hotel nearby closed and we were transferred to the Courtyard Marriot as a result. We stayed for 4 nights, and found the hotel staff quite helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the bed was very comfortable! Because of the coronavirus, there was no breakfast offered, however they did have coupons to have snack and breakfast foods (muffins, breakfast bars, scones, etc.) which were satisfactory. The noise we did hear was mostly from guests checking out early in the morning and doors slamming shut loudly. Otherwise, it was quiet. We enjoyed our stay here, and if we are ever in the area again, we will certainly consider staying at The Courtyard. We recommend the Courtyard Marriott!
