  Stay at MANY courtyards

  We have stayed at many Marriott courtyards visiting colleges with our daughter. This one is consistent as the others with good service, decent food, convenient amenities. I would suggest improve the water pressure. But otherwise a nice stay.

  Great service

  I stayed here last night and had some really good service from the employees there. The hotel was nice and exactly what I expected and was advertised. The rooms were clean and well kept up. I would recommend this hotel mainly because of the great service from the front desk to the restaurant.

  Stay at the Hyatt!

  Short and sweet....Beds are uncomfortable, pillows were flat. You have to pay for high speed internet and COFFEE in the morning unless you are a platinum member. Spend the extra $13/night and stay at the Hyatt across the street. I usually do but, they were booked as I needed to make reservations on short notice. Plenty of other options in that area....

  OK but not the best

  Our stay was typically good for Marriott. However, I never had an experience where I had to wait 15 minutes to check-in as no one was at the reception desk. When the person arrived, he was less personable than is typical and seemed very stressed. We were told that no upgrades were available even though it was clear that the hotel was at minimum occupancy - even by COVID standards. The next morning, the super friendly receptionist said that getting an upgrade was no problem and we enjoyed the remainder of our stay. The water pressure in the showers could have been a bit stronger, bit otherwise nice clean rooms, etc.

  Dated Rooms & not your typical Marriott experience

  The rooms are very dated and in need of an overhaul. The roof in our 1st floor room shows signs of water damage. Carpets are old and tattered, and the bed was not the typical plush Marriott mattress. You could feel (and hear) the springs. Cleanliness was also not to the normal standard, especially during Covid. Skip this one.
