It was okI have stayed at this location for many years when my company sends me to the Hilliard area in Columbus Ohio. I never had any issues however, this past weekend was not as exceptional as previous stays in the past. My first room I was checked into was ok the HVAC had multiple issues and housekeeping did not do a great job with making sure the room was clean before an Titanium Elite member checks in. I reported the issues to the girl on night shifts and she was helpful by relocating me to another room and to my surprise this room had problems with housekeeping. My bed was half made and towels had stains. I asked for towels because I did not have to be that guy and causing havoc for the staff as they were clearly understaffed. The noise during this past weekend was unbearable. I did not rest besides a few hours from other noise coming from my floor with kids running up and down halls, I caught 3 young unsupervised children knocking on other doors and running away all hours of the early morning hours. The pool was overcrowded with children throwing room items over the indoor balcony into the pool from the very top floor to there friends already in the pool area. Unremarkable to witness something so careless and disrespectful. I made a attempt to reserve a time for the pool all weekend but it was all booked, I am only 1 person. I made a comment to the girl about the pool system If I am not mistaken on Saturday and although she did try to get me in, she tried to get confirmation from her manager for approval and the manager was unprofessional. Her answer was snotty and shortcoming, I was shocked to hear as a Titanium Elite member, I was not able to use the pool for 20 minutes after spending thousands of dollars on Marriott since 1998. The manager and housekeeping needs the proper training in Customer Service as it is clear there was a lack thereof in that department and how to properly clean a room during trying times in this Pandemic. Securely making sure things are as they should and having the guests feeling safe and welcomed. Disappointed this time around with this location.

Save your money!Years of being loyal to Marriott I have never witness police being called 5 times in one night! Its outlandish to see so many children in a confined space at the pool! Well above the max occupancy that is indicated on the form I signed for and the signs they put up at the desk. My family reserved for a 7pm by the time we were able to get in there was already 17 people after being told the max occupancy is 10! We couldnt use what we reserved for after paying almost $300 specifically for the pool when booking weeks in advance. My husband asked the other occupants which were children under the ages of 10 if they reserved for the same time and they said no and snuck in over the gate! Wow! The pool should be closed if management cannot manage to keep up and minimize social distancing. We will not be staying here again! Worst stay ever and unsafe!

Wonderful staffI stayed at the courtyard for a few days and had a terrific experience. The staff kept up with Covid protocols. Everyone I interacted with had such a positive attitude. It was quite refreshing after a long day at work. I will definitely be coming back.

Great Stay!!The hotel and our room were clean, comfortable and up to COVID standards. The staff we met were helpful and really nice people. We felt very welcome there. Overall a great stay! We will definitely be back!

Front Desk Clerk went above and beyond!Lisa, the Front Desk Clerk, absolutely was a five star employee (the room itself was average)! I was in town due to a medical emergency of a family member and booked the hotel very last minute. Lisa went out of her way to make sure that I had everything I needed for my stay. She went above and beyond and even left a very considerate care package and personal note at my hotel room door. Most of my stay was stuck in my room waiting on news from hospital due to the coronavirus restrictions. Her act of kindness truly brought some light and love to a very sad situation. I will never forget her sincere thoughtfulness.
