  Nice and Relaxing Weekend Away

  Upon entering the hotel, the smell of chlorine was evident. We were warmly greeted by a front desk attendant. Upon entering our room, we found it to be very clean and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. However, the shower was a little confusing to use and was not very hot, even when turned up all the way. There is not a free contental breakfast provided, however, there is a small menu for a breakfast. There are also several places to eat as an alternative nearby. The furniture in the room appeared to have some nicks in it. The shower curtain was also a little dirty. Other than all that, overall, a great place to stay.

  Overall Good Stay

  We were in town for a softball tournament during the last weekend of September. I have an overall good review of the hotel. Friday night, the grandma of our roommates was woken up along with me due to thumping upstairs. Saturday night, we kept hearing noises like running, dropping things, and stomping and the one woman was outside on her balcony yelling at a man in the parking lot. While asking her to not be so loud, the 14 year old daughter of the other mom, called the front desk on her. The woman upstairs was drunk and belligerent, I called the front desk--no answer, called again and was told "I'll TRY to take care of it". I called the police and they came. As soon as they left, she started in again, I called the front desk--no answer, called again and was told she would take care of it. At 11:03pm, I called the front desk again and spoke to Jason, he said the police had just left again--for the second time. Upon checking out, Jason comped our room for Saturday night and apologized. One of daughter's best friends plays for a different softball team and arrived around 9pm. It was almost midnight before they got into their room.

  Awesome hotel staffs

  The hotel staffs are awesome here. A front desk person went out her way to find another hotel for my family. I will definitely recommend Courtyard in Tipton Lakes, Indiana to everyone. Thank you for always caring about customers!

  Disappointing and Lonely Feel

  This was a disappointing visit. Upon check in I requested a room close to the elevator but the desk clerk explained that none of those were ready. I ended up at the very end of the hall next to the stairs, which gave the visit a sort of lonely vibe and made me a bit uneasy, as the hotel seem quite unoccupied. I literally saw one other guest the entire time I was there. The lobby was empty. The gym and pool were closed. No food or drinks were available. I asked about any breakfast for the next morning and was told they 'didnt know yet' if there would be anything. (There wasn't). The next morning I asked if there was at least coffee but no there wasnt. I understand all hotels have had to make changes, but I had stayed at another hotel chain the night before and they had coffee and prepackaged breakfasts available. The room was clean and comfortable but overall there was just no sense of hospitality. I hope perhaps this disappointing experience was unusual and due to the pandemic, and hopefully this can help management make some positive changes.

  Horrible management

  Worst hotel experience of all time. Manager will lie about everything! Late check in time, no coffee cups, noise upstairs kept me up all night. Pathetic sack breakfast. I caught the manager in several lies. He said I stay there All the time after I complained about being overcharged. Never use a debit card because he will bill you for incidentals after you leave. Scam artist and very rude. Avoid this place!
