Dont stay hereThis hotel is dirty. Trash in stairwells and outside. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Lobby is poorly lit and only one employee on staff. Well below standard for a Marriott Courtyard. Looks like they are using COVID 19 as an excuse to not maintain the property.

Good Place To StayIt is a nice place. It has all kinds of restraunts and fast food places nearby so if you are there for more than a couple days it is awesome! The rooms were nice and the staff was super friendly. Would stay here again

Had To Call the Grove City Police Department on the Front Desk StaffStayed at the hotel September 5 - 7 for my nieces wedding. Of the over 20 rooms that were booked by the group, at least 18 had problems from mouse poop in the sheets to mold in the coffee pot. Worst thing was they gave the bride and groom's room away on their wedding night. My niece had my sister on the phone trying to talk to the first gentleman at the desk and he threw the phone back at my niece and said "I'm not talking to this bitc! anymore". When I asked to speak to the general manager because obviously the 2 people at the desk weren't going to do anything the girl at the front desk said no way she would call the manager and what part of no don't we understand. After asking again she said "Get the hell away from the desk or I'm going to kick your fuc.ing as.". At this point we called the Grove City PD to file an incident report. There was a 2nd wedding party also at the hotel that were having the same issues even though contracts were signed well in advance. To top it all off, when I checked out I discovered that I was charged more for the room than what was quoted and what was the rate listed on the receipt. Would never consider staying here again and would highly recommend that no one should. They tried to use Covid as an excuse for the rooms not being kept up but we saw the housekeeping staff leave at 11:00 am.

Look elsewhereMy advice for anyone looking to stay at this hotel is RUN! Find another place. Night staff extremely rude and the housekeeping staff needs a refresher course on how to clean a room. There so much wrong with this hotel and not enough room here to decribe it all. Diffently look for another place to stay.

The worst experience I've ever had with MarriotI held off for a week before writing this review hoping to have resolution to also add to this, but sadly I do not. From the moment we checked into the hotel on Friday, Sept 11th it was horrible. We're in the midst of COVID and cleanliness is a key factor, especially for hospitality such as this business. Sadly our room was not clean at all. We were on a schedule so we just dealt with it but did speak to front desk Chrissy, before we left to meet up with family. We spoke to front desk again Saturday morning asking for the room to be cleaned before leaving for the day. Returning Saturday night, we discovered the room only had the bed remade and towels exchanged; the room was still dirty. We again spoke to front desk on this. It was late and we really didn't want to move rooms as we had a busy Sunday ahead. So upon leaving Sunday morning we spoke to front desk Chrissy again, asking to please make sure our room was clean. The cleaning lady was standing there and said we were liars, she cleaned our room. We told her no, we had photos and as soon as we returned previous night we spoke to the desk about the condition yet again. As punishment to us, our room was not touched at all. No towels, no bed made, nothing. We discovered this upon our return late Sunday evening and I had enough. Steven was working the desk and moved us to a different room because we had a long drive ahead of us on Monday and I just wanted sleep. I emailed Kim the manager that night having left my information at the desk on Saturday and never heard from her. I asked her to please reach out to me on Sunday which she never did. We were supposed to see Kim Monday morning as she was to be in at 9am and we purposefully didn't leave til 9:30am, but she conveniently wasn't working when she was scheduled to. We spoke to Amanda who again took my information and I called and left a voicemail for Kim. Over the past week I have called a few more times and emailed again trying to get this resolved. Kim has never returned any of my forms of communication. I understand we are going through a hard time with staffing, if they had been honest with us upfront of what was going on I would have insisted just to move to a clean room and let us know if we should opt out of having the room serviced, but that wasn't the case at all. I won't be staying at this particular hotel again. I am a Marriot member and do support other branches of the Marriot, but definitely not this one. This is now on my absolute avoid list and I will be going back to the Hampton in Columbus when I return in the spring. Too bad I cannot upload the video, but we do have a few photos. I wish i had taken photos of the phone before we cleaned it, and the room overall but I didn't. Lesson learned. Other things we did not complain about there was pot smell prominent in the 3rd floor hallway Saturday & Sunday. There were random people wandering the hall in questionable state of dress.
