  Excelente lugar para alojarse

  La cadena Courtyard es excelente en las ciudad que este. En Cleveland ha sido una experiencia muy buena, la gente muy amable desde quien te recibe el carro en el valet, quienes atiende el front desk, en el bistro y quienes hacen el aseo en las habitaciones.   Disappointing

  I have stayed at this hotel many times when visiting g my daughter at Case Western. It has a great location just off campus. This stay was drastically different in the service and upkeep. Neither the front desk or valet answered the phone on multiple occasions. I had to wait almost 1/2hr to get my car from the valet. Although they had signs everywhere about extra cleanliness protocols being in place I saw not one person cleaning my entire stay.

  Great Atmosphere

  I simply needed a break. I have always liked Cleveland and it is just a 3 hour drive from Detroit. I randomly chose the Courtyard mainly for its University Circle location and it's close proximity to Little Italy. I was not at all disappointed. This facility could not have located any better. First of all, I like the footprint of the hotel,being tall enough, yet not too imposing in a neighborhood atmosphere. I definitely appreciate the safety measures taken during these covid times, as all entering the property are appropriately screened. The check in process was simple, efficient, as well as welcoming. The room was immaculate and fresh smelling, decorated in good taste. But what puts this place over the top is the helpful staff. The supervisors, housekeeping, and front desk put a lovely face on the place! I received great attention from Shermetha. She gave me great tips on where to go nearby. She is knowledgeable about the town and I took her advice on several attractions in and around the area. I will most definitely consider this hotel on my next trip...and there WILL be a next trip!!

  Was here taking care of my best friend. We had two separate rooms.

  We had to get two separate rooms and both were very clean, The staff at all times were very helpful and courteous on all shifts. They were very conscientious of covid 19 safety protocol. The location very convenient to restaurants, public transportation, and to both University and Cleveland Clinic hospitals. Security and local police very visible at all times and saying that i felt very safe around the clock. The staff: Dan the boss, Shermecha, Yolanda, Stan, Mathew, and Justin were just above and beyond excellent. As a friend trying to care for another friend they were on point and I truly thank you for your service and kindness

  Excellent service

  I spend quite a bit of time traveling due my job and stay in a lot of hotels- often what differentiates one from another is the service. I happened to try to check in here only to find out I had made my reservation at the wrong hotel- thats when the front desk agent Shermetha came through- she called the other hotel and had them cancel my reservation at no charge and got me a room here- incredible service- AND all with a smile! I highly recommend this hotel-especially if you are working at UH.
