  El hotel es relativamente nuevo, y está en óptimas condiciones. Tiene todos los servicios y está practicamente dentro de la la Universidad de Cincinnati, lo que lo hace óptimo para acudir a conferencias o actividades de trabajo relacionadas con el campus o los hospitales y centros médicos aledaños. El costo:calidad, me parece algo elevado pero justo.

  Great Place to Stay for. Reds Game

  Everything was booked around Great American and I needed a hotel... on a whim I looked to the east and the diamond was found. Located in the middle of Top end Restaurants is a Marvel of a Hotel. $13 dollar Uber ride to the Ball Park to the front Door of the Park and on a 90 degree night 100 percent humidity, it was no sweat Get this.. New Hotel, King Room under $150. ... Luck or a Great Trip Advisor. You make the choice ..

  Excellent Customer Satisfaction

  The staff from the day of making reservations to check out was outstanding, very friendly, and accommodating. An excellent place to stay very clean and location great. The food area and service was very good and food delicious. Will stay again.

  VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH WHEELCHAIR ACCOMODATIONS

  It was difficult to locate driveway in but the locaztion is right off the interstate. I requested an ADA room and said I needed a bed no higher than 21-24 inches when the reservation was made. 99% of wheelchair seats are 18 inches from the floor, with a cushion they are 20-22 inches from the floor. The bed in this hotel is 28 inches. It is extremely difficult to lift your butt 6 to 8 inches and then move it sideways on to the bed. Travel websites and blogs for the disabled are filled with comments from persons in wheelchairs who are reluctant to travel because the ADA rooms are not accessible. Further, bed height is a statement by the hotel that they don't care that the room is inaccessible. A low-profile box spring that would lower the mattress to 22 inches is the simplest solution. Bed height also affects your ability to use a roll-in shower; since you remove the cushion from the wheelchair before getting into the chair from the shower. This makes the lift to the bed 10 inches which is well beyond anyone's capability. Additionally, the closing mechanism on the room door needs to be adjusted for use by a person in a wheelchair. If your maintenance staff does not know how there are several online do-it-yourself videos.

  Nice hotel, very clean, friendly staff

  We were staying here this past weekend for our niece's wedding. Very nice rooms, very clean and friendly staff. Unfortunately the rooms do not have microwaves, only the one in the lobby market. Due to covid, they did not do housekeeping in our rooms during our stay, which was fine. Unfortunately, the pool was closed also due to covid. Wish they had a regular restaurant in the lobby instead of the fancy Starbucks place... that never seemed to be open and only had high end food. The mobile check in was awesome and quick, we just had to stop at front desk to get our room keys. Checkout was via email and we just dropped the keys at front desk. Staff was very helpful when we ordered from door dash and the pizza place didn't include plates or napkins. They were able to get us some from the Starbucks place. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!!
