  Needs update

  Worn carpet, peeling paint, dinged furniture, no USB outlets. Closed cafe (even fo takeout). Broken elevator in parking garage. Received over 4 stars on Marriott website. not sure why? Badly in need of update.

  Great location

  Picked this because of it's location right in the heart of the downtown Aquarium and restaurant area. Parking is provided at a parking garage around the corner with $12 paid to the hotel. Eating facilities in the hotel are closed due to Covid and masks are required in the public areas. We had a very nice room with a balcony which gave a great view of the river and the aquarium. Room was clean and neat although appeared to be a little old and worn and the drain plug in the sink would not open well.

  Great, clean place to stay downtown

  This hotel was a very clean, comfortable stay in downtown Chattanooga. They followed covid safety guidelines. Signs everywhere to maintain social distancing, employees wearing masks, only 2 people or one family allowed in the elevator, packaged disinfectant wipes as a toiletry in our room. The room was very clean and updated. Comfortable bed, tables and outlets on both sides of the bed. Many outlets around the room and bathroom sink. Great water pressure from the shower and a separate room for the toilet shower from the sink/mirror. Great location in that there were several bars/restaurants that were only a 2 minute walk. Parking garage for $12. We ate both dinner and breakfast at Pucketts which was great and friendly service for both meals. Made sure to tell us specials and ways to get happy hour pricing on both food and drinks. Connor was an excellent server in the evening. Would definitely come back to this hotel in the future.

  Birthday getaway

  I cannot say anything horrible about the stay, it was good, we used points to stay so that helped but with Covid everything inside is closed, that isnt the case with neighboring hotels. Our room was nice, I still personally disinfectant everything once we arrived just as a safely measure. The room was small but nice, the window was broken and would not close all the way, the first night, it was pouring rain and no one was out, that didnt bother us but the second, it was a lot louder outside and the noise made its way into our room a lot easier, we heard every horse drawn carriage and loud car or person that went by. The limited housekeeping was also a bummer. Only 2 towels provided and for a woman with long hair I usually use a towel for my hat alone. I am not one to call down for extras since they said it was limited. We had mold on the shower curtain and yes the room was clean but still lacking in being very clean like a housekeeper should keep it. Walking distance to many things and sadly the Starbucks In the hotel was closed as well as the restaurants so that meant walking for coffee once things opened.. parking was a few but with the come and go as you please it Was very worth it. If I came again, I would chose a place that was Covid friendly but making the effort to make my stay worth it. (Breakfast aloe coffee) it can still be done and is as I saw from other hotels. It was my birthday weekend and I enjoyed what Chattanooga had to offer but the Courtyard lacked in service. (Covid should not be an excuse for lack of service if still open.)

  Great Location Very Friendly

  Perfect location for downtown. We ended up walking to the majority of places we wanted to go!!! The staff was extremely friendly!! Small indoor pool, no hot tub and detached covered parking garage. The restaurant was still closed so we didn't get to try it out.
