  Old but OK

  Overall okay but - room 310 old but clean - bed was the best thing. Old fashioned yellowish lighting. Window lost its gas so very blurry vision. Cost was a big drawback - with breakfast it was $240 for one night. Hotel next door is newer and cheaper. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment- paid to include, but when ordering server says coffee is extra! $5 for 2 coffees: really? Those in the know didnt do this - they got a croissant or bagel and coffee and likely paid less. Look around for a better hotel in the area. If you havent tried it use the website New Sleeps and get a newer hotel

  Great Visit

  I was in for a Saturday night stay and arrived very early -9:30 am - and stopped at hotel to drop off car and get picked up. The hotel offered to check me in and once I gave my name they realized my Titanium status. Apologized that my upgraded room was not ready which I did not expect so early. I checked in later that afternoon to a suite with an upgraded shower which was great. Staff was fantastic especially the front desk. Great location, great staff, typical Courtyard restaurant with above standard staffing. I will go again.

  Horrible experience!

  The female cook is rude, dirty and argumentative! I tried to order room service which I had to pick up at bar... thats fine Im okay with that... 45 minutes after ordering my food the front desk calls hotel room phone to tell me they have been trying to get ahold of me to tell me they cant make my sandwich (out of ingredients) but the phone never wrong. I tell them no worries and we can substitute anything they are out of. The cook gets on the phone at this time and has an attitude about having to make this simple sandwich. Finally 30 mins later I get a call my food is ready. The sandwich looks like she threw it in the box out of spite! I bring it down and explain that I cant eat it as nothing is in the bread its all over the place. She argues with me at the bar in front of other guests. I was embarrassed and mortified that this all just happen. I cant believe this is the service I get

  Great staff.

  Staff is amazing. The best part is the guys who work the bistro. They really made my day with their outstanding service. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Thanks James!! I would come back here again.

  Looking older

  This property seems to be showing its age. There were several smaller stains throughout the room, on walls, on furniture, in bathroom, etc. Thin towels and very small shower. Would look for a newer Courtyard next time.
